Moposa
What it is
Moposa is wedding venue software for organizing work from an initial enquiry through the wedding. Venue teams can bring in enquiries from forms and inboxes, assign them to coordinators, schedule follow-ups and review lost bookings. Booking tools cover e-signature contracts, function sheets, menus, rooming lists and payment reminders. Its calendar handles room schedules, detects conflicts, offers appointment slots and syncs both ways with Google and Microsoft 365.
Venues can invite couples to a planning portal for wedding websites, RSVPs, guest categories, seating plans, shared tasks and chat. A separate event area supports corporate functions, conferences, parties and family celebrations. Moposa also provides a free iPhone and Android app for venue teams, with access to enquiries, bookings, calendar and tasks plus push notifications. It runs on web, Android and iOS. Venue subscription pricing is available on request; couples do not pay for their planning access, which requires an invitation from a venue using Moposa. Built-in billing is marked as coming soon.
