Folia
What it is
Folia is a web wedding-planning platform for couples and professional planners. Couples can manage guests, RSVPs, meal choices, and addresses while comparing planned budgets with actual spending. Its seating chart uses drag-and-drop layouts and displays guest meal selections at tables. Couples and planners work in separate portals, with RSVP and seating changes synchronized between them. Planner Suite adds client portals, questionnaires, timelines, messaging, and reusable questionnaire templates. Timelines support list or calendar views, five-minute precision, event notes, vendor and location links, and per-vendor call sheets. The planner page lists CSV budget exports and PDF timeline exports. The free couple plan allows up to 500 guests and 10 vendors. Paid couple access starts at $11.99 per month, while planner plans range from $29.00 to $159.00 per month. Planner Suite plans include a 14-day trial, and cancellation before trial end avoids a charge.
