What it is
membermojo is a web-based membership management service for clubs, associations, and charities. It handles member records, applications, renewals, and payment collection, with an online portal where members can join, renew, or update their details from a PC, tablet, or phone. All plans include a membership database, automated renewal reminders, mailing lists, a member directory, an attendance register, membership card images, PayPal, and offline payments. Organisations can add custom fields, create individual or family membership levels, choose renewal dates, and require approval or a joining fee. Administrators can sort and filter records, set view or edit permissions, and share administration. Records can be imported from Access, Excel, or similar applications, and the database can be downloaded as a spreadsheet. A free plan covers up to 50 members.
