What it is
Associatify is web software that combines member management, grants, events, invoicing and a public website for associations, foundations and similar organizations. The member registry supports custom types, statuses, fields, dues, renewals and directories. Event tools handle registrations, attendance, RSVPs, waitlists, reminders and thank-you messages. Grant features provide public applications, reviewer routing, decisions and disbursements; Claude-powered scores, recommendations and summaries assist triage, while reviewers decide. Disbursement data can be exported as accounting CSVs for Procountor or Netvisor, and dues data can be exported for accounting. The free plan supports up to 100 members, one admin, no time limit and no credit card. Paid monthly plans are Starter at €89, Pro at €149 and Enterprise at €2,900. Card payments are not processed inside the app today. Several modules, API access and multi-organization features are marked coming soon. Associatify is headquartered in Espoo, Finland, and was founded in 2022.
