MakeTheBoard
What it is
MakeTheBoard lets people create live boards for scores, goals, tournaments, fundraising, and other tracked values. Board types include leaderboards, scoreboards, goal trackers, scoresheets, tournament brackets, and fundraising trackers. When values change, boards update and reorder in real time. Owners can share a signup link for participants to register and, if enabled, edit their own rows. Public links, website embeds, and full-screen display on TVs or projectors provide ways to share a board. Scoreboards can also be used as browser sources in OBS, Streamlabs, vMix, or XSplit, with a transparent overlay link available. The Free plan allows two active boards and 15 participants per board. Pro costs $24 a month and Premium costs $52 a month; both add CSV and JSON exports, board history, a developer API, and an MCP server. Premium also includes team roles, analytics, and an audit log. The service lists Android, iOS, web, and API availability, and describes use by teachers, sales teams, nonprofits, coaches, trivia hosts, and event organizers.
