MailTag

Moraga, California, United States

What it is

MailTag assigns incoming messages to categories in an inbox you already use. It supports Gmail, Google Workspace, iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail and IMAP mailboxes, and checks for new mail every five minutes. You can use its categories or describe a custom category in one line. Existing mail can be labeled in a single operation without deletion. Sender and domain controls let you unsubscribe, archive or apply a label rule, with confirmation and undo. MailTag says processing occurs in memory on its own hardware in Germany, without sending email to outside services or storing message content. App passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Paid plans provide per-category webhooks for services such as Slack, Discord, Zapier, Make and n8n; Business adds an HTTP Triage API. Free is free forever for one mailbox and 100 labeled emails monthly. Solo is $6.59 a year, billed $79 billed once a year; Pro is $14.08 a year, billed $169 billed once a year; Business is $36.58 a year, billed $439 billed once a year.
