Lynk
What it is
Lynk is a web platform for running academic conferences from submission through the final programme. It links papers, reviews, decisions, revisions, camera-ready files and session schedules in one workflow. Organizers can build review forms with scales, yes-or-no questions and free-text criteria, and enable double-blind review so authors and reviewers remain anonymous to one another. Roles are assigned separately for each conference, allowing someone to chair one event, review another and submit to a third, with a dashboard for each role. Paper uploads accept PDF and DOCX files up to 100 MB, with organizer-controlled format restrictions. Accepted authors can replace camera-ready files, while organizers see the newest version’s date and time. Automated emails are editable and can include author or paper details. Chairs can send announcements to selected groups and pin notes. Lynk supports English, French and Arabic, including right-to-left layout. Submitting, reviewing and chairing are free; the first published conference is free.
