What it is
iVake Gradebook is part of an education ERP for schools, colleges and universities. Institutions can configure weighted assessment components and percentage, grade or grade-point scales by board, programme or class. As marks are entered, the gradebook calculates totals, grades, SGPA and CGPA. It can generate report cards, marksheets and transcripts from marks, attendance and teacher remarks already recorded. A revision history records who changed a mark and its previous value; changes after marks are locked require institution-defined approval. Once published, marks and teacher remarks are available in the app to parents and students, with one login for each family. The system can also compute course, programme and specific programme outcome attainment from the live gradebook.
