What it is
Fluke MET/TEAM manages calibration assets and lab operations through calibration and quality workflows. It supports work from asset intake and work orders through calibration, completion, returns and shipping. Teams can schedule calibration due notices and escalate recalls to as many as three contact levels. Crystal Reports Professional supports customized reports and calibration certificates, using templates or newly created reports. The browser-based system works with modern HTML5 browsers including Edge, Chrome and Firefox, and integrates with Fluke MET/CAL; both applications can use the same SQL database. Optional modules provide a customer web portal with read-only access to job and asset information, recall reports and certificates, or support on-site calibration by syncing checked-out customer data back into the main database. Pricing is available on request, and a 60-day trial is offered. Installation requires a SQL Server instance, which is not included with MET/TEAM. Fluke notes installation, training and configuration can affect total ownership cost, and says almost all customers require some professional assistance.
