FloorIQ is web-based estimating, quoting, purchasing, and job-management software made for commercial flooring contractors. It organizes bids, quotes, purchase orders, warehouse inventory, crew scheduling, invoicing, payroll, and job profitability. Estimating uses material-cost and labor-rate libraries, live margins, revisions, branded PDF proposals, and online signatures. Users can import .xlsx, .xls, or .csv takeoff exports, including MeasureSquare files, and turn rows into takeoff line items. Purchasing includes order acknowledgements, price-variance tracking, roll and lot tracking, barcode cycle counts, delivery tickets, and reorder suggestions. Crew days connect to required purchase orders, with delivery changes flagging affected schedules. Weekly payroll handles regular, overtime, and double-time hours, classifications, salary employees, paystubs, and exports. CSV exports support QuickBooks posting, but live two-way synchronization is not available. Each company gets an isolated workspace with role-based permissions. Free migration is offered on every plan. The Free plan costs nothing and allows five projects; Pro costs $500 a month per company for up to 10 users.
