What it is
Clockit is a web-based booking and job management system developed for the flooring industry. Flooring retailers and installers can use its shared live schedule to check installer availability, book jobs and reschedule work. A separate Measure Calendar supports measure scheduling and individual measurer schedules. Customers can receive automatic email and SMS updates when plans change, as well as scheduled SMS reminders for measures. Users can attach photos and notes to jobs, including documentation of damage, moisture readings, preparation work and completed installs. After completing a job, installers can generate invoices, while retailers receive completion notifications that may include additional charges. The free Store Account is linked to one store and activated by the retailer. Professional costs $49.95 a month; Silver, Gold and Platinum cost $114, $149 and $229 a month, respectively, with different monthly installation allowances for retail sites. Clockit also offers a 30-day trial with full access and no credit card required. Dedicated support is listed in paid plans.
