First Advantage Form I-9 and E-Verify Services
What it is
First Advantage Form I-9 and E-Verify Services supports U.S. employment eligibility onboarding through electronic Form I-9 and E-Verify workflows. Employees complete Section 1 online, while employers or assigned verifiers complete Section 2. Electronic forms validate entries, flag incorrect information and identify skipped questions with real-time guidance. The service supports E-Verify case management and automatic case submission when applicable. Form I-9 records and E-Verify case information remain in a centralized First Advantage cloud system with retention and purging management. Each Form I-9 is tracked from creation for a chain of custody and audit trail. Section 2 may use a company representative, employee-selected verifier, verifier network or notary network. The verifier network has 420 U.S. locations and costs extra per use; company representatives and employee-selected verifiers have no additional cost. Eligible I-9 clients using E-Verify can access virtual document review. First Advantage says remote verification takes 5–10 minutes and complies with DHS and USCIS requirements. The service is mobile responsive, available on web, iOS and Android, and offers ATS/HCM integrations.
