FireCert
What it is
FireCert manages certificates, asset registers, servicing and compliance for fire and security contractors working to UK standards. It covers fire alarms, emergency lighting, extinguishers, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control. Engineers can complete visits without a signal using cached records, which sync when connectivity returns. Locked certificates include a unique QR code and a public verification page with a SHA-256 hash. The platform is listed for web, iOS, Android and API, and its mobile workflow supports iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Professional costs £79 a month and covers up to five users, with unlimited certificates, buildings, clients and Client Portal users, Xero integration and standard support. Business costs £129 a month and includes unlimited users, certificates, buildings and clients, as well as quotes and customer acceptance, calendar sync, API access and webhooks, and priority support. Business calendar sync supports Outlook and Google Calendar; company email communications work with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. FireCert offers a 14-day trial. It does not include ARC integration, quoting or invoicing, according to its comparison page.
