FieldBin is field management software for small field service companies and trades businesses. It brings scheduling, dispatching, customer management, invoicing, inventory and reporting into one service. Its calendar lets managers assign technicians to jobs from any device, while the CRM keeps client details, pipeline information and service reminders. FieldBin can send invoices, accept online credit-card payments through Stripe and send payment reminders. Technicians can check in and out using the mobile app, recording geo-tagged timestamps. The service is available on the web and through iOS and Android apps for phones and tablets. Other capabilities include route optimization, recurring services, estimates and customer follow-up; online booking is not offered. Integrations include Intuit QuickBooks and two-way SMS from a dedicated business number, but email and personal calendar integrations are not supported. Plans are paid, with a free trial and no free plan. Basic is $19 a month for one user; Sync is $65 a month for one to five users.
