Arb Pro is a customer relationship management system for tree contractors and arborists, covering quotations, invoices, tools, risk assessments and related business activity. Its web-based Arb Office includes a shared calendar, dashboard, client management, email and text messaging, tree mapping, marketing, quotes, invoices and customizable risk assessments. Arb Quotes gathers customer, tree, cost, photo, map, tool and risk-assessment information onsite and syncs it to Arb Office. That app currently supports iOS; its Android version is described as in development and due for release in 2026. Arb Work is available on iOS and Android for booked work, risk assessments, customer signatures and invoicing from the site. The mobile app can collect data offline. Arb Pro connects with cloud versions of Sage, QuickBooks, Xero and KashFlow, and sends appointment events one way to Google Calendar. Client lists can be exported as CSV. The service is monthly without a fixed contract; Tree Contractor Lite costs £60 a month plus VAT and includes one desktop app, one quoting app and one work-service app.
