DialPhone Contact Center
What it is
DialPhone Contact Center combines voice, more than 20 digital channels and workforce engagement tools in one platform. It supports inbound calls, outbound dialing, automatic call distribution, skill-based routing, priority queues and callbacks for callers waiting in a queue. Digital channels include SMS, email, web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Apple Messages and X. Its AI Quality Management feature scores interactions against custom criteria after each interaction ends. The Smart Virtual Concierge handles routine inquiries in English, Spanish or French and can pass unresolved requests to human agents with a summary. DialPhone lists 17 integrations, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Zendesk, Intercom, Google Calendar and Calendly. An open REST API is available on every plan, though access levels vary. DialPhone says it uses AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls and immutable audit logs; it also says customer data is not used to train public AI models. Annual billing is listed at $65 a month for Standard, $95 a month for Professional and $145 a month for Elite. Enterprise pricing is custom. A paid pilot is required to evaluate the contact center on real agent traffic.
