Canva Whiteboards provides a shared, open-ended space for brainstorming, strategy sessions, project planning and diagramming. People can collaborate in real time using colorful cursors, including guests without Canva accounts. Users can make as many boards as needed, each with unlimited space. Board tools include timers, comments, sticky notes with reactions, customizable shapes and automatic connectors. Templates and Canva's content library provide starting points and visual material, including sticky notes and special graphics. A Whiteboard can be turned into a Presentation or Doc, and a Presentation slide can be expanded into a Whiteboard. Canva lists workshops, mind mapping, collaborative assignments and online teaching among possible uses. Connected tools include Slack, Asana, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce and Google Workspace. Canva offers a free plan and a free trial. Canva Pro is $144 a year for one person, while Canva Business is $250 a year per person. Whiteboards are available on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows and the web. Canva says content is private by default, and private designs require account login unless shared.
