Booqable
Booqable · Leeuwarden, Netherlands · founded 2014
What it is
Booqable is cloud-based rental software for businesses, with tools for orders, inventory, quotes, contracts, invoices, and real-time availability. It provides a booking page and website integrations compatible with WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Lovable, and more. Its iOS and Android mobile point-of-sale app supports order and payment management, signatures, and barcode scanning. The mobile app does not include every browser feature: full setup, configuration, reporting, and account management require a desktop browser. Integrations include payment services such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, Adyen, Mercado Pago, Teya, and Mollie, as well as Zapier, Xero, Mailchimp, Weglot, and Google Analytics 4. Booqable also provides a RESTful JSON API, which is in beta and may receive changes that are not backwards-compatible. All plans include chat and email support; Grow and Scale also include one-on-one onboarding and support calls. The paid service has a 14-day trial and no free plan. Start costs $29 a month billed yearly, or $35 a month. The company was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Leeuwarden, Netherlands.

The verdict

Who it suits
Booqable suits rental businesses that need to manage inventory and bookings across a browser and mobile point-of-sale app. Businesses relying on full setup, reporting, or account management should plan to use a desktop browser.
