What it is
Bokeping is online bookkeeping software for small businesses, managing invoices, bills, bank transactions, and financial reports through a web app and API. Businesses can create invoices, accept card or bank payments through Stripe or Forte, and send automatic payment reminders. Plaid connects read-only bank feeds to thousands of US banks and card accounts. CSV imports support spreadsheet data, while QBO imports can bring in QuickBooks history. Accounting tools include financial statements, a general ledger, sales tax features, inventory tracking, and cost-of-goods-sold tracking. Every plan includes two external accountant logins outside the plan’s user limit. The Free plan supports one user and 20 of each sales and purchase record per month, with CSV bank import and financial statements. Standard is $29 a month or $290/year, with up to three users, automatic bank feeds, and unlimited invoices, bills, and expenses. Pro is $59 a month or $590/year and supports up to 10 users, roles and permissions, and multiple stores and warehouses within one company. Bokeping says data is encrypted in transit and at rest and can be exported or deleted by the customer.
