BDRShield

What it is

BDRCloud provides backup, disaster recovery, and data protection for virtual, physical, SaaS, and cloud workloads. Its centralized management console is available as a cloud-hosted or self-hosted deployment. Supported sources include Windows, Linux, and Mac endpoints and servers; Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Proxmox VE, and oVirt; AWS and Azure VMs; NAS and file shares; databases; and applications. Backups can be stored in BDRShield Cloud, on-premises or remote DAS, NAS, or SAN, and public cloud storage such as Amazon, Azure, Google, Wasabi, Backblaze, MinIO, and other S3-compatible services. Listed protections include immutable backups, air-gapped and offsite copies, encryption, anomaly detection, and malware scanning. Recovery options include automated backup verification, instant recovery for VMs and physical servers, granular restores, and cross-platform migration. BDRShield offers a fully featured 30-day free trial and free licenses. Installing the backup server software has no charge, but protected workloads require licenses. The Enterprise Edition has custom pricing based on workload and other licensing measures.
