Azotel SIMPLer OSS
Cork, Ireland
What it is
Azotel SIMPLer OSS is an integrated operations and core network platform for wireless broadband operators. It manages customer and prospective-customer records, trouble tickets, sales tracking, custom fields, and attachments. Billing covers usage-based charges, a debtors ledger, financial reports, and automatic collection by direct debit, e-check, or credit card; listed gateway interfaces include Authorize.Net, IP Pay, Moneris, Realex, PayPal, and Payment Express. Operators can set thresholds that trigger subscriber notices, throttling, or disconnection for overdue invoices or data use. SIMPLer monitors equipment reachability, sends email or SMS alerts, and provides usage graphs and diagnostics. It automates provisioning and includes Google Calendar-based scheduling for installations and repairs. The End-User Portal lets customers view account, balance, invoice, usage, and equipment details, update account and payment information, make electronic payments, and run a speed test. Deployment options include hosted SaaS and standalone software for operators managing their own servers. Pricing is available on request. Azotel also offers an outsourced end-customer helpdesk that it says can provide operators with 24/7 coverage.
