ISPbox
Poland
What it is
ISPbox combines billing, provisioning, network monitoring, customer service and field operations in one dashboard for ISPs and WISPs. Network maps can show infrastructure including towers, OLTs, splitters, ONTs, fiber, coax and wireless links, with PON optical-budget tracing and KML export. Monitoring includes router pings every minute, PPPoE and DHCP session tracking, and alerts through Discord, Slack, email or webhooks. Provisioning uses standard RADIUS across vendors, with deeper MikroTik RouterOS API integration; Cisco, Juniper, Huawei and ZTE are also named. Subscribers can use a branded portal to check balances, invoices and service status, pay online, and manage support tickets. Payment options include Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net and Square, with customers connecting their own merchant accounts. Native iOS and Android apps for technicians and subscribers are included without per-seat or per-subscriber app fees. The service also offers a REST API and webhooks. The paid plan starts at $25 a month for 20 active subscribers, with monthly cost scaling by subscriber count; a 7-day trial is available. There is no free plan.
