Overview

The product spans CRM, helpdesk, live chat, task and project management, a knowledge base, forum, email, and VoIP. That range can keep customer follow-up and internal work in the same system, though teams seeking a deep, dedicated CRM or support platform may prefer a narrower product.

CRM records include customer profiles and interaction history, with reminders, grouping, reporting, and deal tracking. The helpdesk brings email, phone calls, and other messages into a unified inbox, where teams can assign tickets and use canned responses. Website chat is embedded with a code snippet and supports visitor viewing, push notifications, and offline messages. Teams can assign tasks, group them into projects and subprojects, and track completion time.

Key features

Unified support: Combining several message types in one inbox gives teams a shared place to triage requests; ticket assignment and canned responses help structure recurring work.
CRM: Interaction history and deal tracking connect customer records with follow-up, while grouping and reporting help teams organize and review those relationships.
Website chat: Visitor viewing and push notifications support live conversations; offline messages give visitors a way to reach the team outside active coverage.
Project coordination: Tasks, projects, subprojects, and completion-time tracking cover basic team follow-through alongside customer work.
Connections: Sugester lists integrations including Shopify, WooCommerce, Gmail, Mailgun, Plivo, WordPress, eBay, GitHub, Dropbox, and Mailchimp, and links to API documentation.

Pricing

Sugester offers a free forever plan and a 30-day trial without a credit card. Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices shown. The main trade-off across tiers is capacity: user seats, email sends, client or email-list counts, inboxes, projects, storage, and—on higher tiers—live chats.

Plan	Price	Limits
Free	0.00 USD per free	3 users, 100 monthly email sends, 100 clients/email lists, 2 email boxes, 3 projects, 1 GB storage
Start	12.00 USD per month	3 users, 1,000 monthly email sends, 1,000 clients/email lists, 3 email boxes, 5 projects, 5 GB storage
Pro	12.00 USD per month	5 users, 1,000 monthly email sends per agent, 1,000 clients/email lists, 10 email boxes, 30 projects, 5 GB storage per agent
Max	25.00 USD per month	Unlimited users, 5,000 monthly email sends per agent, 20,000 clients/email lists, 30 email boxes, 5 live chats, 10 GB storage per agent
Enterprise	50.00 USD per month	Unlimited users, 10,000 monthly email sends per agent, 100,000 clients/email lists, unlimited email boxes and live chats, 30 GB storage per agent

Free suits a small trial of the workflow, but its 3-user ceiling, 100 monthly sends, and 1 GB storage can constrain a team handling regular support. Start keeps the same 3-user limit while raising send and client quotas, so it fits a small operation that needs more capacity without more seats. Pro costs the same monthly price while adding two users, more inboxes and projects, and per-agent send and storage allowances; it is the more capable option for a five-person team. Max and Enterprise remove the user cap and expand quotas, making them the choices for larger teams or heavier communication volumes. Self-hosting is available by inquiry and requires a server with at least 8 GB RAM, Ubuntu Server, nginx, and MySQL.

Platforms

Sugester is available on the web, Android, and iOS, with an API. Its cloud version runs in a browser without installation or setup. Self-hosting is an option for organizations prepared to provide and maintain the required server environment.

Who it's for

Sugester is a reasonable fit for small teams that handle customer records, incoming support, website conversations, and project follow-up and want those activities together. Its free and entry tiers make it accessible to small operations, but strict seat and quota limits make it less suitable for teams expecting substantial growth without upgrading. Organizations that need a self-hosted deployment should also be ready to supply the required server stack.

Pros and cons

Pros: CRM, multichannel support, website chat, and project tools share one product, which can reduce fragmentation for teams covering both customer service and follow-up.
Pros: A free forever tier and a no-card 30-day trial offer two low-commitment ways to assess whether the combined workflow fits.
Pros: Higher tiers expand user capacity and support quotas, and Enterprise includes unlimited email boxes and live chats.
Cons: Free and Start are capped at three users, while Free also allows only 100 monthly sends and 1 GB storage; these limits can quickly narrow their usefulness for active support teams.
Cons: Self-hosting depends on a specific server environment with at least 8 GB RAM, so it is not a turnkey choice for teams without infrastructure capacity.

Alternatives

Circle is a paid community alternative with no free plan; its Professional plan costs 89.00 USD per month with annual billing and allows unlimited members, 3 admins, 10 moderators, and 20 spaces. Choose it when community spaces and moderation capacity matter more than Sugester's combined CRM and support workflows. Forums.net is a paid forum option with no free plan or trial; its Essential plan starts at 49.99 USD per month and includes 100,000 pageviews, unlimited staff and members, with extra views at $0.08 per 100. It is the more focused choice when forum pageview capacity is the priority.

Verdict

Choose Sugester if a small team wants customer records, support channels, chat, and project follow-up under one roof, with a free plan to begin. Its breadth is the main draw; look elsewhere if you need a specialist product or the free and entry-tier caps would restrict your team.
