Overview

SalonHub360 is salon-management software that brings appointments, checkout, client records and business tools together. It is most compelling for salons, spas and barbershops that want scheduling and payments alongside marketing and inventory, rather than a booking calendar alone. Its tiered staff limits make the right plan depend on team size as much as feature needs.

Key features

The calendar offers day, week and month views, color-coded services, drag-and-drop rescheduling and availability rules. Walk-in queues and a lobby check-in kiosk extend it beyond appointment management, a useful combination for shops that serve both booked clients and walk-ins.

Checkout covers tips, split tenders, partial payments, gift-card QR redemption, per-line tax, refunds and searchable sales history. Card processing uses standard Stripe rates, with no added SalonHub360 markup or commission; Stripe processing fees still apply. This is a practical fit for businesses that need varied payment and reconciliation workflows, but it does not make card acceptance free.

Growth and higher tiers add a branded website and custom domain, with the salon’s logo, colors and wording. Growth supplies the website builder and client reviews; Premium upgrades the builder and adds marketing tools, AI marketing suggestions, inventory and loyalty. Team & Operations includes Google Calendar and Instagram integrations, plus the option to bring your own file storage.

Growth and higher plans allow CSV export of clients and services, giving salons a way to retain portable copies of those records. SalonHub360 says it uses HTTPS, encrypted token storage and access controls, while Stripe processes payment details and SalonHub360 does not store full card numbers. The privacy policy says its mobile apps do not use analytics, crash-reporting or advertising services. Its services are not configured for HIPAA-protected health information unless separately agreed in writing, so healthcare practices handling that data should not assume this is a compliant setup.

Pricing

The Free plan is $0/month and covers one staff member, a basic booking page, limited services and clients, and an appointment calendar, with no payment required. It is a low-commitment way for a solo operator to start, but the caps make it a poor fit for a growing client book or broader operations.

Starter costs 19.99 USD per month, billed $19.99/month. It supports one staff member and adds online booking, the full service menu, client management and basic appointment reminders. That is the entry paid tier for a solo salon needing a fuller booking and client workflow, but it does not include the website, SMS reminders or higher-tier marketing and inventory tools.

Growth costs 49.99 USD per month, billed $49.99/month, and supports up to five staff. It adds SMS reminders, a salon website builder, custom domain and client reviews. For a small team, the staff capacity and customer-facing site are the clearest reasons to step up from Starter.

Premium costs 99.99 USD per month, billed $99.99/month, for up to 15 staff. It includes an advanced website builder, marketing tools, AI marketing suggestions, inventory, loyalty and priority support. This tier suits businesses that will use several of those tools; smaller teams with simpler needs may not benefit enough to justify the higher monthly price.

Enterprise has custom pricing and is intended for businesses with 16 or more staff or multiple locations. It includes multi-location support, custom onboarding and priority support. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled anytime without a contract or cancellation fee. Standard Stripe processing rates apply to card payments, with no additional SalonHub360 markup or commission.

Platforms

SalonHub360 is available on Android, iOS and the web. That range accommodates mobile access as well as browser-based work, though the platform list alone does not establish feature parity across versions.

Who it's for

SalonHub360 is a strong match for salons, spas and barbershops that want appointments and point of sale in one system, with a path to add a branded site, marketing, inventory and loyalty as they grow. A solo business can begin on Free or Starter; teams should compare the five-person Growth and 15-person Premium caps before choosing. Businesses with 16 or more staff or multiple locations are the intended Enterprise audience. It is not the right choice for organizations that need HIPAA-configured handling of protected health information.

Pros and cons

Pros: Scheduling supports both appointments and walk-ins through availability rules, queues and lobby check-in.
Pros: Checkout handles split and partial payments, gift-card QR redemption, refunds and searchable sales history, without a SalonHub360 markup on Stripe processing.
Pros: Growth and higher plans include a branded website and CSV export of clients and services, which supports both customer-facing branding and data portability.
Cons: The Free plan is restricted to one staff member and limited services and clients, so it is only a narrow starting point.
Cons: The website, SMS reminders, marketing, inventory and loyalty arrive at higher price points, making the fuller toolkit a substantial step up from Starter.
Cons: Protected health information is outside the service’s default HIPAA configuration.

Verdict

SalonHub360 is best for salon businesses that want appointment scheduling and flexible checkout under one roof, with room to add a website, marketing and inventory as the team grows. Its broad operational mix and no-markup Stripe policy are strong reasons to choose it. Look elsewhere if you need HIPAA-configured handling, or if the Free plan’s tight limits and the price of higher-tier tools do not match your scale.
