Overview

Tokeet brings reservations, channel management, guest communications, rental tasks, and payments into a connected set of tools. Its channel manager connects to Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and other channels, with automatic, instant synchronization. A website builder supports custom direct-booking sites without coding or extra fees, giving operators a route to bookings outside third-party channels.

The wider product range combines day-to-day rental workflows with Rategenie, which adjusts daily rates across channels using smart pricing strategies. Its integrations directory includes booking channels, pricing and messaging services, payment processors, and business tools such as PriceLabs, Twilio, and Stripe. That breadth may help operators bring several functions together, though customers should distinguish the capabilities of individual products and plans before choosing.

Key features

Channel management: Connections across 50 channels and automatic, instant synchronization help keep listings aligned without manual updates. AdvanceCM describes real-time mobile syncing with Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.
Booking operations: The AdvanceCM app handles rates, multiple calendars, invoices, guest details, inquiries, and rental tasks. This puts common administrative work within the mobile workflow, rather than limiting the app to checking reservations.
Direct bookings and payments: The website builder creates a custom booking site without coding or extra fees. Users can also send invoices and accept online payments through payment gateways, making the direct-booking tools more useful than a standalone site builder.
Automation and pricing: Tokeet promotes automation for guest messages, rental agreements, tasks, and staff operations. Rategenie adjusts rates across channels; it is relevant to operators who want pricing changes coordinated across their distribution, while the product lineup separates this from the core management workflow.
Security and support: Multifactor authentication can use email, SMS, WhatsApp, or TOTP, and administrators can require it for team members. Support options include a help center, community, premium services, email, and phone at 1-855-4TOKEET.

Pricing

Tokeet is freemium, with a free plan and a 15-day trial. The trial requires no credit card and carries no booking or usage fees, so operators can evaluate the service before committing. The pricing page describes the trial as having no restrictions.

Plan	Price and terms	What it includes	Best fit
Free plan	Free	Hosts who want to begin without a paid subscription should verify that the plan covers their workflow.
AdvanceCM	14.99 USD per month, billed monthly	50+ channel connections, automated messaging, dynamic rates and rate automation, invoicing and payments, tasks and collaboration, and direct OTA messaging.	A fit for operators who need a defined monthly package of channel, messaging, pricing, and operational tools.
Tokeet plan	Custom pricing; the page’s initial display shows $134.90 / Mo with monthly payments for 10 max rentals.	For the displayed 10-rental offer: reservation manager, channel manager, mobile app, website builder, payment gateways, and integrations.	Operators comparing a rental-capped package against their portfolio size should confirm the custom price and selected plan.

AdvanceCM’s monthly term avoids a longer billing commitment, but its paid feature set should be compared with the free plan before assuming what upgrades unlock. The separate Tokeet plan is priced according to rental count and selection, and its displayed offer is capped at 10 rentals; the initial monthly display should not be treated as a universal price.

Platforms

Tokeet supports Android, iOS, and the web. The AdvanceCM app also describes biometric login and push notifications, useful for operators who need mobile access to rental tasks and booking updates.

Who it's for

Tokeet serves single and multiple rental owners, small and medium businesses, and large enterprises. Its combination of channel connections, direct booking, payment processing, pricing, and automation best suits operators coordinating several parts of a short-term rental business. A host who needs only one narrow function should weigh that breadth against the plan and product distinctions.

Pros and cons

Pro: Connections to 50 channels, with automatic synchronization, reduce the work of keeping distribution aligned across booking services.
Pro: Direct-booking website creation, invoices, and online payments provide tools for handling bookings beyond third-party channels.
Pro: Multifactor authentication can be enforced for team members, giving administrators a way to require stronger account security.
Con: The lineup spans AdvanceCM, Rategenie, and a separately priced Tokeet plan, so buyers need to confirm which product and plan contain the capabilities they need.
Con: The Tokeet plan’s pricing depends on rental count and plan selection, and the displayed offer is for 10 max rentals; larger or differently configured operations should confirm their custom pricing.

Alternatives

Vacation Rental Website Builders is a useful comparison for readers focused on choosing a booking website rather than a broader rental-management workflow. For broader software comparisons, see Short-Term Rental Management Software, Property Management Website Builder Software, and Property Management Software.

Hospitable is worth considering for hosts who prioritize an included free plan with unlimited active properties; its Host plan is 29.00 USD per month for 1 included active property.
Guesty may suit operators with 1–3 listings who prefer a paid per-listing entry point: Lite starts at 9.00 USD per month per listing; its Pro plan is for 4–199 listings.
Hostfully is an option for portfolios of 1–50 listings, with Growth at 15.00 USD per property per month plus a platform fee.
i-Rent is a paid alternative with a Rental Manager plan at 72.00 EUR per month for 5–24 properties.
iGMS offers a FLEX plan billed per booked night at 1.00 USD per month, with a 20 USD per-property monthly minimum.
Lodgix is another paid option, with a 1–7 Properties plan at 79.99 USD per month.
Avantio offers standard pricing at 14.00 EUR per month for 20 properties, with a minimum fee of €295 for portfolios below 20 properties.
Hostex is a paid alternative with a Basic plan for up to 2 properties and no booking fee.

Verdict

Tokeet is a strong candidate for short-term rental operators who want channel distribution, booking administration, direct reservations, and operational workflows under one umbrella. Its key advantage is the range from channel connections and pricing automation to invoices and team tasks; its main drawback is that the product lineup and custom plan pricing require careful matching to the portfolio. Choose it if you need that breadth and can identify the right plan, but look elsewhere if a narrowly scoped tool or a clearly defined portfolio price matters more.
