Overview

Propwise connects lead intake and follow-up with contacts, deals, commissions, tasks, reminders and calendars. Pipeline and Kanban views give teams ways to track work beyond a contact list, while property matching keeps buyer needs connected to listings. Its focus on UAE portal workflows and Dubai market data makes it more relevant to local property operations than a general-purpose sales workspace.

The breadth matters most when an agency wants lead management and conversations in one place. Smaller operations can start with core CRM tools at no charge, but the limits on market intelligence, off-plan and inventory access, and AI mean the free plan is a starting point rather than a full version of the product.

Key features

Lead workflows: Lead import, routing and automated follow-up support the movement from new enquiry to active opportunity. Automated distribution is included with Pro, making that plan the more suitable option for teams that need consistent assignment across the agency.
CRM and deal tracking: Contacts, deals, commissions, tasks, reminders and calendars sit alongside pipelines and Kanban views. This gives teams a broader operating view than lead tracking alone, although the free plan offers only core CRM and basic pipeline and task tools.
Messaging: A unified inbox brings WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook conversations together with lead context, templates and bulk messaging. That can keep channel conversations tied to prospect work rather than scattered across separate inboxes.
Portals and property matching: Propwise names Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle as supported UAE portal workflows, and includes property matching. This combination is useful to agencies coordinating portal activity with buyer or tenant requirements.
Propilot AI: Propilot answers questions about business and Dubai market data in plain English, supports valuations and prepares actions for review. It is read-only by default; proposed changes require approval unless automatic handling is enabled for an action type. The free plan limits AI tools, while Pro includes multiple customisable AI assistants.
Security and support: Workspace access controls, tenant-level data isolation, roles and permissions, session management and audit logs address team access and accountability. The maker describes its practices as aligned with UAE PDPL and inspired by OWASP; support is available by email at admin@propwise.com, with replies within one business day.

Pricing

Propwise is freemium, with a 30-day trial for paid plans. The choice is between a free agency workspace, annual per-seat team pricing, and a monthly individual-agent product.

Propwise — 0.00 AED per free: Includes an organisation workspace, core CRM and lead management, basic pipeline and task tools, plus limited market intelligence, off-plan and inventory access, and AI tools. It is a sensible way to begin managing leads, but the restrictions may be limiting for agents who rely on market or inventory research.
Propwise Pro — 333.25 AED per year: The listed monthly equivalent is billed annually at AED 3,999 per seat, with annual billing only. It adds full team CRM and lead management, multiple customisable AI assistants, agency lead sources and channel integrations, automated lead distribution, shared pipelines and team analytics. The per-seat annual commitment suits agencies investing in shared workflows, but is less flexible for a solo user or a team wanting monthly billing.
Propilot — 249.00 AED per month: Billed monthly after a 30-day free trial, it includes a personal account and workspace, one Propilot AI assistant, lead and follow-up management, Dubai market insights, and off-plan and inventory search. It fits individual agents who want those tools without buying the agency-focused Pro package; it does not offer Pro's shared pipelines and team analytics.

Platforms

Propwise is available on Android, iOS and the web. Mobile apps make it an option for agents managing work away from a desk as well as teams coordinating through a browser.

Who it's for

Agencies and real estate teams in the UAE are the clearest fit, particularly those that need CRM, channel conversations, portal workflows and shared lead distribution together. Individual agents focused on Dubai market insights and inventory search may find Propilot a better match. Developers are also an intended audience through Propwise's developer portal, though the product's central workspace is framed around agency and team operations.

Pros and cons

Pros: CRM, messaging, portal workflows and property matching are combined around UAE real estate operations, reducing the need to manage those workflows separately.
Pros: Pro adds automated distribution, shared pipelines and team analytics, which address coordination needs beyond individual lead tracking.
Pros: Propilot has a read-only default and approval step for proposed changes, giving teams a review point before actions are applied.
Cons: Free access limits market intelligence, off-plan and inventory access, and AI tools, so users needing those capabilities may outgrow it quickly.
Cons: Pro requires annual billing at AED 3,999 per seat, creating a meaningful commitment for teams before they know whether they need the full shared feature set.
Cons: Propilot is a separate individual plan, so agencies needing shared oversight should not mistake it for a lower-cost replacement for Pro.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison, browse Real Estate CRM Software. Consider these alternatives when their platform or pricing structure better matches your team:

Realatic is worth considering for teams seeking a free web and Android option with a published cap of three users, 100 leads per month and one project.
LeadPixie offers a free plan for teams of up to 10 users and supports web, iOS and Android, making it a candidate when a larger free-team allowance matters.
Sell.Do uses custom pricing based on team size, modules, AI usage and communication volumes, with a five-user minimum; consider it if that quote-based structure suits your buying process.
Propertybase is a Salesforce-powered real estate CRM, with its Salesforce Edition priced from $89 per user/month; consider it if that platform and licensing model fits your needs.
Street.co.uk is another paid real estate software option.
Makanify may suit property developers comparing project-oriented plans; its Builder plan is 1000.00 INR per month billed annually, with GST applicable.
DaeBuild is another paid option for real estate teams to consider.
CINC offers paid plans segmented by team size, from a one-user Solo plan through Select for 50 or more users; consider it if those team-size tiers align with your organization.

Verdict

Propwise is a strong fit for UAE agencies that want lead management, conversations, portal workflows and shared team tracking in one workspace. Its most compelling reason to choose is the connection between practical CRM work and Dubai-focused market and inventory tools. Look elsewhere if you need flexible monthly pricing for the full team product, or if the free plan's restrictions prevent you from evaluating the capabilities you need.
