Overview

PosterMyWall is a marketing and design service for small businesses and organizations that need to create and distribute promotional material. It suits teams coordinating design, social posts, email, and event promotion; the key trade-off is that regular publishing and event activity can quickly run into free or paid-plan quotas.

Key features

Design and AI

More than 1 million design and email templates give users a wide starting range, while illustration tools and a brand kit support custom work and consistent presentation. PosterMyWall AI can create designs from prompts, brainstorm marketing ideas, edit images with prompts, make design variations, and write marketing text. That combination can help a small team take a campaign from an idea to several assets in one service. The Free plan's limited downloads, however, make it a constrained option for ongoing production.

Social publishing and email

Direct publishing supports Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile. Free permits publishing to one social account; Premium raises that to three, and Premium Plus allows unlimited social accounts. Free is therefore better for trying the workflow or focusing on one channel than managing a multi-channel presence.

Email tools include templates, mailing-list campaigns, signup forms, scheduling, and performance tracking. Premium includes 3,000 monthly sends and Premium Plus 10,000. Those quotas give smaller campaigns room to run, but organizations with larger mailing lists or frequent campaigns should account for the caps before choosing a plan.

Events and support

Event pages, registrations, automated reminder emails, and one-click promotion support event marketing in the same service. Ticket sales are available on paid plans: Premium allows up to 1,000 ticket sales or $50,000 in monthly sales, while Premium Plus lists unlimited ticket sales and monthly revenue. Premium's 10 event pages per month may suit occasional promotions; recurring events or higher ticket volume point toward Premium Plus.

Users can submit a support request with an issue summary and description, and support staff say they will respond as soon as possible. That is a request-based support route rather than a stated response-time commitment.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and includes free downloads, access to the 1M+ design and email templates, publishing on one social media account, a Content Planner, and signup forms. Its download and publishing limits make it most useful for light use or evaluation, not a dependable high-volume workflow.

Premium costs 13.00 USD per month, billed Monthly (1 month). It includes unlimited high-quality downloads, 10 event pages per month, three social accounts, 3,000 monthly email sends, and 100 new credits per month. It is the practical step up for a small operation that needs multiple channels and a moderate event and email allowance.

Premium Plus costs 30.00 USD per month, billed Monthly (1 month). It includes unlimited high-quality downloads, unlimited event pages, unlimited social accounts, 10,000 monthly email sends, and 250 new credits per month. The higher price is most relevant for organizations with recurring events or broader publishing needs; the email allowance still has a stated cap.

A 14 day Premium subscription trial begins after the user selects a plan and duration and adds billing details. The trial is tied to Premium and requires billing details to start.

Platforms

PosterMyWall is available on the web and has Android and iOS apps, giving users a choice between browser-based work and mobile access.

Who it's for

PosterMyWall names restaurants, retailers, bars, churches, bands and performers, schools, nonprofits, clubs, municipalities, venues, and agencies among its customers. Its combination of templates, social publishing, email, and ticketed events makes it a sensible fit for organizations promoting regular offers, activities, or events. It is less compelling for someone who only needs a narrow design task or who cannot work within the paid plans' email and event limits.

Pros and cons

Pros: A large design and email template library, plus illustration tools, brand kit, and AI assistance, covers several parts of promotional asset creation.
Pros: Social publishing, email campaigns, and event promotion sit alongside design tools, reducing the need to split those workflows across separate services.
Pros: Premium Plus removes event-page, social-account, and ticket-sales limits, which suits organizations with frequent events and broad publishing needs.
Cons: Free limits downloads and publishing to one social account, so it may not sustain regular multi-channel work.
Cons: Paid email quotas remain finite: 3,000 monthly sends on Premium and 10,000 on Premium Plus.
Cons: Premium's event and ticket allowances may be restrictive for high-volume use, making the $30.00 USD per month Premium Plus plan the relevant tier for unlimited event pages and ticket sales.

Verdict

Choose PosterMyWall if your small business or organization needs one place to create branded promotional material and coordinate social, email, and event marketing. Its breadth is the main reason to pick it; the main reason to look elsewhere is the recurring cost and capped email or event capacity on the lower paid tier, especially if your needs are limited to a single kind of design.
