Overview

Zenamu covers group classes, courses, workshops and individual appointments, with intake forms, client histories, packages, memberships and treatment-room scheduling alongside booking and payment tools. That breadth makes it more useful to a wellness business managing ongoing client relationships than a calendar-only service. It is aimed at studios, independent instructors, massage therapists and personal trainers.

Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic. Its operator is Fyooga s.r.o., registered in Janov nad Nisou, Czech Republic.

Key features

Booking and operations

Four embeddable website widgets handle appointments, class schedules, courses and workshops. Businesses can send automatic reminders and payment confirmations, fill class openings from waitlists, and cancel sessions that do not reach a configured minimum. These automations reduce routine follow-up and give studios a way to avoid running underfilled classes, though their usefulness depends on setting the minimum to suit each offering.

Payments and connections

Clients can pay by card or PayPal, with Apple Pay and Google Pay also supported. Integrations include Stripe, PayPal, iCal calendar connections for Google, Apple and Outlook, email services Mailchimp, MailerLite, SmartEmailing and Ecomail, plus Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4. This range is useful for businesses already using those tools, but it does not establish support for other services.

Mobile and account control

The iOS and Android mobile app is a Progressive Web App installed through a browser, not an app-store download. That avoids an app-store installation step but may not suit users who specifically want a conventional store-installed app. Zenamu says users can export contacts and orders and close their account themselves without a notice period, useful safeguards for businesses that want control over their data and exit.

Pricing

Zenamu uses a freemium model, with paid plans starting at €16/mo and a 14-day trial. Getting Started costs 0.00 USD per free and allows 30 monthly orders with one teacher account. That is a practical entry point for a small or newly launched operation, but the order ceiling makes it unsuitable once monthly volume rises beyond 30.

Standard allows 150 orders per month, Expert 500, and Ultimate unlimited orders; each has custom pricing. The higher ceilings suit progressively busier businesses, with Ultimate removing the monthly order cap, but the available plan details do not establish differences in features or seats beyond the free plan’s one teacher account. Enterprise also has custom pricing and is billed monthly or annually.

Platforms

Zenamu supports web, Android, iOS and an API. Its mobile app is browser-installed on iOS and Android as a Progressive Web App, so mobile access does not come through an app store.

Who it's for

Zenamu is a strong fit for studios and instructors who need to coordinate classes, workshops or courses alongside appointments, payments and client records. Massage therapists and personal trainers can use its one-to-one booking, intake forms and treatment-room scheduling. Businesses with more than 30 monthly orders should assess a paid tier; those seeking a traditional app-store mobile app may prefer another option.

Pros and cons

Pros: Covers group and one-to-one booking, with packages, memberships, intake forms and client histories for businesses managing ongoing services.
Pros: Waitlist filling, reminders, payment confirmations and minimum-attendance cancellation can reduce manual scheduling work.
Pros: Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay payment options, plus calendar, email-marketing and analytics integrations.
Cons: The free plan is limited to 30 monthly orders and one teacher account, so growing businesses will need to consider an upgrade early.
Cons: Paid plans have custom pricing, making cost comparisons dependent on a quote.
Cons: The mobile app is installed from a browser rather than an app store.

Noterro is a paid alternative with a free trial; its Core annual plan is 28.05 USD per year as stated for the annual plan, with one practitioner seat included and additional seats at 11.22 USD per month.

Verdict

Zenamu is a good choice for a studio or independent practitioner that needs classes and appointments, client management and payments in one service, especially when automated reminders and waitlist handling can reduce routine admin. Its broad workflow coverage is the main reason to choose it. Look elsewhere if you need a store-installed mobile app, or if an uncapped order plan with transparent pricing is essential before committing.
