Overview

Voice.ai pairs PC voice changing with text-to-speech and online audio tools, with separate mobile, web, and API offerings. It suits people who want a live voice effect in Windows calls or games, as well as developers comparing voice-agent services. Its broad mix is useful, but the best-defined experience is the PC app; check conversion caps and publication terms before sending in material.

The PC voice changer uses deep-learning-based transformation and can alter speech in real time or change recorded audio. A virtual microphone routes the changed voice to compatible apps. Voice.ai also describes a user-generated voice library and voice cloning, though it does not give a supported-language list: it says voices repeat speech in the speaker’s language.

Key features

Live voice changing on Windows

Voice.ai says its PC app works with Windows microphone apps such as Discord, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Skype, and Twitch, and names Minecraft and Fortnite among compatible games. That makes it a plausible fit for streamers, gamers, and callers who want a transformed voice without limiting use to one named service. The compatibility claim is specific to Windows; the mobile and Mac listings do not establish the same app integrations.

Audio tools and API

Alongside voice changing, Voice.ai offers text-to-speech and online audio tools. Its API is positioned for voice agents, voice cloning, and text-to-speech, making it relevant to teams building voice applications rather than only individual callers. Monthly credits, clone counts, and concurrency allowances vary by plan, so heavier or multi-call use is a different buying decision from trying the PC changer free.

Content and security

Submitted user-generated content is associated with the submitting account or email, and material submitted for publication becomes public after review. That matters if a voice or recording is sensitive: avoid submitting content for publication unless public release is acceptable. Voice.ai says it submits its app to antivirus companies for certification, naming McAfee, Google, and Avast. Its Voice AI Agent page claims SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, PCI Level 1, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance and SSO support.

Pricing

Voice.ai is freemium. The free plan costs 0.00 USD per free, billed monthly, and includes 5k credits/month, online voice changing, text-to-speech, and a five-minute conversion limit for audio tools. It is a sensible starting point for occasional use, but the short per-conversion cap may constrain longer recordings.

Starter costs 5.00 USD per month and raises the allowance to 15k credits/month, five instant voice clones, 5,000 characters per conversion, and a 10-minute audio-tools limit per conversion. It suits lighter regular use, but offers no stated priority support or concurrency allowances.

Launch is 12.00 USD per month as a first-month price, shown as 50% off alongside $24. It includes 200k credits/month, 10 instant voice clones, five concurrent TTS generations, four concurrent agent calls, three phone numbers, and a 20-minute audio conversion limit. It is a substantial step up for modest agent workloads, though the shown price is explicitly a first-month offer.

Core costs 99.00 USD per month and includes 1M credits/month, 50 instant voice clones, priority support, 10 concurrent TTS generations, eight concurrent agent calls, 10 phone numbers, and 60-minute audio conversions. It is better suited to sustained production than casual voice changing. Scale costs 330.00 USD per month for 4M credits/month, 200 clones, 15 concurrent TTS generations, 16 agent calls, 20 phone numbers, and 180-minute conversions; it increases capacity but does not list priority support among its inclusions.

Business costs 880.00 USD per month and provides 22M credits/month, 2,200 voice clones, technical success manager support, 15 concurrent TTS generations, 30 concurrent agent calls, and 50 phone numbers. Enterprise has custom pricing, custom credits and SSO, plus custom terms and assurance around DPA/SLAs. These upper tiers make sense for larger voice-agent operations, not someone seeking a simple desktop effect.

Platforms

Voice.ai lists Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, web, and API. Windows has the most explicit app compatibility description. The wider platform range is useful for considering cross-platform access, but the PC feature details should not be assumed to apply unchanged to every platform.

Who it's for

Choose Voice.ai if live PC voice transformation is the priority and the named Windows apps or games match your setup. Its free tier also provides a low-cost way to try the audio and speech tools, while the higher tiers target developers or teams needing credits, concurrent generations, phone numbers, and support. Look elsewhere if you need clearly documented feature parity across mobile and desktop, or if a five-minute free conversion cap is too restrictive.

Pros and cons

Pros: Real-time and recorded-audio changing, plus virtual-microphone support, cover both live calls and existing audio.
Pros: Named compatibility with common Windows meeting, chat, streaming, and game apps makes the PC use case concrete.
Pros: Plans scale from a free tier to custom enterprise terms, with explicit credit, clone, and concurrency allowances.
Cons: The free audio-tools conversion limit is five minutes, which restricts longer material.
Cons: Voice.ai does not provide a language list, and the strongest platform-specific detail is for Windows.
Cons: Content submitted for publication becomes public after review, a significant constraint for private or sensitive recordings.

FineVoice has a free tier with 1,000 TTS characters, 5,000 TTS characters per day, and 15 minutes of voice changing per day, and a Basic plan at $8.99 USD per month; its daily voice-change allowance may better suit short regular sessions. Fish Audio has an API and self-hosted options, with a free tier of 8,000 monthly credits, up to seven minutes of generation, and up to 500 characters per generation; consider it when those generation caps and deployment options suit the work. Kits AI offers a free tier with 15 conversion minutes, no voice slots, and no download minutes, alongside voice designer/blender and generative vocals; it is aimed at a different vocal workflow. LOVO AI offers a free plan with limited features and five projects, plus Pro+ with 20 voice-generation hours per month and unlimited projects at custom pricing; consider it for project-based generation. VoiceStudio is a free alternative.

Verdict

Voice.ai is a strong fit for Windows users who want live voice changing across calls, streams, and games, with speech and audio tools alongside it. The free tier lowers the barrier to trying that mix, and paid plans add meaningful capacity for voice-agent work. Choose another product if your recordings must stay private from publication workflows, you need a clearly enumerated language set, or you rely on platform details beyond Windows.
