Overview

Pic-Time brings client gallery delivery, print sales and business presentation tools into one service for working photographers and videographers. It is best suited to professionals who want to sell prints directly from galleries and can match their storage needs to its tiered plans.

Key features

Galleries and print sales

Pic-Time’s galleries connect to a print store with online payments, automatic fulfillment and album building through more than 30 global labs. That makes it a practical choice for photographers who want a route from client proofing to print orders without arranging fulfillment separately. Private galleries can be restricted to invited viewers, including people invited by the main client, with secure links and optional access codes.

Presentation and sales tools expand by plan: Free has basic design tools and sales automations, Beginner adds custom branding, and Professional and Advanced add premium galleries and print-store features, slideshows and blogs. The step up is most worthwhile for businesses that need more polished client presentation, rather than photographers who only need a place to share files.

Mobile and workflow tools

The mobile app supports gallery creation, photo and video uploads, AI search and branded sharing from a phone. StyleCloud can bring gallery images into WordPress sites, while Pic-Time Blogs can be embedded with slideshows, videos and GIFs. Listed integrations include Lightroom, Zapier, HoneyBook, Studio Ninja and other photography workflow tools.

Upload limits allow photos up to 100MB and 12,000 by 10,000 pixels. Standard video clips can reach three minutes and 3GB; featured videos can be up to 90 minutes and 20GB. These larger featured-video allowances suit cinematic highlights, but the distinction matters when planning ordinary gallery uploads.

Pic-Time says it stores data on Microsoft Azure servers in the EU, US and Australia, encrypted at rest and in transit. Its privacy policy references GDPR, CCPA and Israeli privacy law. All plans include a portfolio page, mobile app and 24/7 support; account support is also available by in-account LiveChat or email.

Pricing

Pic-Time has a free plan, paid plans starting at $7.00 USD per month billed annually, and a 30-day trial. The annual price is materially lower than monthly billing on the two entry paid tiers, so readers who prefer month-to-month flexibility should account for the higher rates.

Free — 0.00 USD per free: 10GB photo storage, reduced to 3GB after six months, plus 1GB video storage, client galleries, a print store, basic design tools and sales automations. It is a useful way to establish a gallery workflow, but the later photo-storage reduction makes it a poor long-term home for a growing archive.
Beginner — 7.00 USD per month billed annually or $8 monthly: 20GB photo and 5GB video storage, galleries, print store, custom branding and chat support. It suits a smaller business that wants branded delivery, though the photo allowance is modest for a large or frequently updated portfolio.
Professional — 21.00 USD per month billed annually or $25 monthly: 100GB photo and 30GB video storage, premium galleries and print store, slideshows, blogs, vendor network and smart image search. This is the more balanced choice for studios that need richer client presentation and search tools without unlimited photo storage.
Advanced — 42.00 USD per month billed annually or $50 monthly: unlimited storage, 60GB video storage, premium galleries and print store, slideshows, blogs, smart search for clients and multi-brand support. Additional brands cost $6/Mo each. It is aimed at larger operations managing several brands; video storage remains capped despite unlimited storage.

Platforms

Pic-Time supports Android, iOS, macOS, Windows and the web, giving photographers desktop access alongside mobile gallery and upload tools.

Who it's for

Pic-Time makes the most sense for professional photographers and videographers who deliver client galleries, want print fulfillment built into that process, and value branded presentation. Smaller users can start free, but should be comfortable with the reduced photo cap after six months; businesses that need more room or presentation features will likely need a paid tier. It is less compelling for someone seeking only basic file sharing or a large free archive.

Pros and cons

Pro: Print sales, payments, album building and fulfillment through more than 30 labs are integrated with client galleries, reducing the need to coordinate those steps elsewhere.
Pro: Private-gallery controls and branded mobile sharing support client-facing delivery, while the included portfolio page gives every plan a basic web presence.
Con: Free photo storage falls from 10GB to 3GB after six months, so the no-cost tier is a limited ongoing archive.
Con: The paid entry plan offers just 20GB of photo storage; users with larger catalogs may need to move up to Professional or Advanced.
Con: Annual billing lowers the stated entry price, while monthly billing costs more on Beginner and Professional; that trade-off may not suit users unwilling to commit annually.

Alternatives

Zno is another freemium gallery option with a free start and a free trial.
Picflow may suit teams prioritizing collaboration: its free plan includes unlimited galleries and collaborators, but is capped at 2GB storage, 50 workflow credits and one included seat.
Pixieset Website is a better fit when the priority is a free photographer website, with 15 pages, 100 photos and five blog posts on its free plan.
PASS Gallery is an alternative for buyers comparing paid gallery plans and print-store terms.
Zenfolio is another paid platform to consider if its photo-business offering better fits your needs.

Verdict

Choose Pic-Time if your photography business needs client galleries that can also drive print orders, with mobile tools and progressively stronger branding and presentation features. The integrated lab fulfillment is its clearest advantage; look elsewhere if a generous free archive or lower-storage-cost workflow matters more than print sales and business presentation.
