Overview

LeadConnect turns LinkedIn searches or uploaded prospect lists into personalized outreach sequences, making it a fit for individuals and small teams that want to manage follow-ups and basic response tracking. Its strongest case is affordable, capped outreach with CRM handoffs; the key compromise is that campaigns run through an open Chrome session rather than independently in the dashboard.

Key features

Build an audience from LinkedIn Basic or Sales Navigator search results, or upload a CSV. That flexibility helps both users sourcing prospects in LinkedIn and those bringing an existing list. Connection requests and follow-up messages support placeholders, and sequences can schedule up to 10 follow-ups. They stop when a prospect replies, a useful guardrail against sending a planned cadence after someone has engaged.

LeadConnect tracks replies and invitation acceptance, providing practical signals about campaign progress. It can sync prospect details and conversation activity to HubSpot, including automatically after an invitation is accepted. Zapier can pass events such as invitations sent or accepted, replies, withdrawals and follow-ups to a CRM of the user's choice. FindThatLead, Hunter.io and AnyMailFinder are also named as integrations for finding business email addresses from LinkedIn.

A shared blacklist helps teammates avoid contacting the same person twice. That addresses a real coordination problem, though it does not remove the need to keep the Chrome extension running: activity requires Chrome to be open with LinkedIn logged in during the same session. Extension data is stored locally and may be lost if the extension is uninstalled; the dashboard is for reporting only. The privacy policy describes physical and electronic safeguards but does not guarantee the security or privacy of user information. Setup guidance points users to chat support or email for questions.

Pricing

The free plan, FREE FOREVER, costs 0.00 USD per free and allows up to 2 invites per day, 6 message credits per day and 05 templates. It is a useful way to try a small-volume workflow, but the tight daily caps make it unsuitable for sustained prospecting. LeadConnect also offers a 7-day trial.

PROFESSIONAL costs 25.95 USD per month, billed monthly, for up to 30 invites per day, 90 message credits per day and 10 templates. It is the entry paid tier for solo users or small campaigns; the limited invite and credit allowances still constrain volume. GROW costs 45.95 USD per month, billed monthly, and raises the caps to 60 invites and 180 message credits per day, with 30 templates. It better suits users running more active sequences or maintaining several message variations.

ULTIMATE costs 85.95 USD per month, billed monthly, and includes up to 100 invites and 300 message credits per day plus unlimited templates. It is the clearest fit for users who need the highest stated daily allowance and many templates, though the caps remain. The pricing page notes that actual daily invitations can also be constrained by the limit on the connected LinkedIn account. No seat allowances are stated for these plans.

Platforms

LeadConnect is offered as an extension and web product, but campaign activity depends on the Chrome extension with LinkedIn signed in in that same browser session. The dashboard reports on activity rather than storing extension campaign data independently. Because extension data is local and may disappear on uninstall, users who need durable records should take that limitation seriously.

Who it's for

LeadConnect makes sense for LinkedIn-focused prospectors who want personalized sequences, reply-aware follow-ups and a path to HubSpot or other CRMs through Zapier. Sales Navigator users, CSV-based list owners and small teams coordinating through a blacklist all have a clear use for its workflow. It is a weaker fit for anyone who needs campaigns to run without an active browser session, relies on the dashboard as a durable campaign archive, or needs daily volume beyond the stated caps.

Pros and cons

Pros: audiences can come from LinkedIn Basic or Sales Navigator searches or CSV uploads, so users are not locked to a single prospecting route.
Pros: up to 10 follow-ups stop automatically after a reply, helping prevent unwanted continued outreach.
Pros: HubSpot syncing and Zapier event handoffs connect LinkedIn activity to CRM workflows; a blacklist helps teams avoid duplicate contact.
Cons: daily invitations, message credits and templates are capped even on paid plans, and the connected LinkedIn account can impose a further invite limit.
Cons: campaigns require Chrome and an active LinkedIn session, so activity is not independent of the user's browser.
Cons: extension data is stored locally and may be lost if the extension is removed; the dashboard is reporting-only.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison, browse LinkedIn Automation Software. Choose Outroh if a web-based option with a free plan, no credit card and cancel-anytime terms better suits your starting point. Linki is worth considering if you want API, desktop or self-hosted platform options; its Launch plan is 20.00 EUR per month, billed monthly, with one concurrent campaign, an AI message writer, automatic reply triage and unlimited seats.

CloseChimp may suit buyers seeking a paid web product with a 7-day refund and one LinkedIn account on its Solo plan, priced at 29.40 USD per year. Linked Helper is an alternative for users who prefer Linux, macOS, Windows or self-hosted options and want a 14-day trial with full Pro access and no daily caps. Salesflow is aimed at enterprise-scale buying: its Enterprise plan starts at 24.99 USD per month per seat, with a 100-seat minimum and annual commitment. Connected Outreach is another web option, with a Starter plan at 29.00 USD per month and stated daily connection, like and message allowances plus monthly lead finds.

Expandi offers web plans including a Business tier at 99.00 USD per month for small sales teams; Prospectio.ai offers a Professional plan at 99.00 USD per month billed annually per seat. Consider either if its paid-plan structure better matches your needs.

Verdict

Choose LeadConnect if you want LinkedIn prospecting sequences with automatic reply stops, modest daily limits and useful CRM connections at a free or comparatively low monthly entry point. Its dependence on an open Chrome-and-LinkedIn session, locally stored extension data and capped volume are the main reasons to look elsewhere.
