Overview

Fynzo Survey combines NPS feedback with tools for building and analyzing broader surveys. It suits organizations that need multiple ways to distribute surveys or collect answers on mobile devices, including offline. The free plan has no stated response cap, while paid plans add presentation options or set quotas for teams and devices.

Key features

Question options include NPS, Likert, smiley, and star ratings. Jump logic, piping, and custom variables let teams tailor the survey flow rather than ask every respondent the same sequence. That range works for customer feedback, market research, quizzes, and employee satisfaction; basic respondent segmentation may be limiting for teams that need more finely targeted audiences.

Surveys can be shared by email, SMS, social media, or website embed. Reports include cross-tabulation, trends, and scheduled email delivery, with downloads in Excel, CSV, SPSS, and PDF. These options support both ongoing score monitoring and analysis outside the service. Integrations with Zapier, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Slack, and MailChimp can connect survey work to common automation, analytics, and communications tools.

The Android and iOS app can create and share surveys, view and download results, and save edits and respondent answers offline for upload once connectivity returns. That is useful for field collection, though it does not change the response and device limits of the selected plan. Fynzo also describes privacy and data-security measures, alerts about other engagement with user data, and help with app use and software issues.

Pricing

Fynzo offers a free plan, paid plans, and a 14-day trial. The trial allows 100 responses and requires no credit card, so it is best treated as a short evaluation window rather than an ongoing high-volume option.

Plan	Price	What it includes
Free	0.00 USD per free	Unlimited surveys, questions, and responses, 1000+ templates, and 20+ question types.
Pro Monthly	19.00 USD per month	Custom CSS, auto-translation, custom domain, branding removal, unlimited collaboration, and unlimited file upload size.
Pro Yearly	190.00 USD per year	The same listed Pro features as monthly, billed yearly.
Starter	24.00 USD per month	Unlimited surveys and questions, 1000 responses, 5 devices, and 2 users.
Standard	45.00 USD per month	Unlimited surveys and questions, 5000 responses, 10 devices, and 5 users.
Premium	95.00 USD per month	Unlimited surveys and questions, 8000 responses, 20 devices, and 8 users.
Custom	Custom pricing	Unlimited surveys and questions.

The Free plan is a strong starting point if unlimited response volume is the priority; it does not include the specific Pro customization and collaboration benefits. Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly list those benefits, but do not state response, device, or user quotas. The yearly price is lower than twelve monthly payments, but committing annually is a different billing term. Starter, Standard, and Premium make their trade-off explicit: higher prices bring larger response allowances and more devices and users, with Premium capped at 8000 responses. Starter fits a small team with modest volume; Standard or Premium better suit teams that need more seats or collection devices. Custom is the option for unlimited survey and question counts where a quote is needed.

Platforms

Fynzo Survey is available on web, Android, and iOS. Mobile collection can continue offline and sync answers when connectivity returns.

Who it's for

Fynzo is a sensible choice for teams gathering customer or employee feedback across digital channels, and for researchers who need varied question formats and exportable reporting. Offline saving adds practical value for mobile collection. It is less compelling for teams that need advanced audience segmentation or want clear response and seat limits attached to the Pro plans before choosing.

Pros and cons

Pro: The Free plan combines unlimited surveys, questions, and responses, making it a useful starting point without a stated volume ceiling.
Pro: Email, SMS, social, and embed distribution plus several export formats support varied collection and analysis workflows.
Pro: Offline answer saving on Android and iOS helps when field connectivity is unreliable.
Con: Starter, Standard, and Premium cap responses, devices, and users, so teams must match plan capacity to both volume and collection setup.
Con: Basic segmentation may not meet needs for precise respondent targeting.
Con: Pro's listed benefits center on presentation and collaboration, without stated response or seat quotas to compare against the tiered plans.

Alternatives

Consider Formbricks if a self-hosted option matters; its Hobby plan lists one workspace and 250 responses per month, while Pro is 89.00 USD per month. Choose Refiner if a 25-response monthly free plan is enough for a small survey program. SatisMeter offers a free plan with 25 responses per month and no free trial, which may suit teams seeking a smaller no-trial starting point.

Customer Thermometer is another option for teams comparing paid survey tools. Zonka Feedback offers an AI Feedback Intelligence plan with custom pricing based on data credits. NPS Surveys by SalesHub is a paid alternative with no free plan and a CX Lite tier at 3500.00 USD per year for up to 10,000 surveys annually, NPS and CSAT, email and QR, and standard support. nps.today has a free trial and a Basic plan priced per month. Wootric is a paid alternative with a Professional tier listing one journey point, one metric, up to five seats, and self-service support.

Verdict

Fynzo Survey is best for teams that want NPS alongside flexible survey design, multichannel distribution, and offline mobile collection. Its unlimited-response Free plan is the clearest reason to start here; teams should look elsewhere or compare carefully if advanced segmentation or transparent Pro capacity limits are essential.
