Overview

FlowSavvy schedules tasks into a calendar and reschedules them when plans change. It only schedules tasks with Auto-Schedule enabled and says it leaves calendar events alone, a useful boundary for people who want help organizing work without handing over control of appointments.

Scheduling is adjustable rather than entirely hands-off: users can set working hours, priorities, due dates and dependencies, and drag a task to lock its slot. That makes the app better suited to workloads that need to adapt while preserving a few protected commitments. It does not offer month or year calendar views, however, so people who plan around a broad calendar overview may find the interface limiting.

Key features

Automatic scheduling with manual control

The hybrid method places enabled tasks into available calendar time, then shifts them as plans change. Scheduling-hour profiles and task controls let users shape when work can land, while drag-and-drop locking gives them a way to keep a chosen placement fixed. This is a practical balance for individuals with moving priorities; it is less compelling for anyone looking for a full calendar replacement.

Calendar and task connections

Calendar sync supports Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and iCloud Calendar. Task and automation integrations include Todoist, Claude, MCP, a public API and Zapier. The API is limited to Pro, so custom automations are not part of the entry-level offer.

Privacy, security and support

FlowSavvy says it uses encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls and regularly updated systems. It also says it collects only data needed to provide the service, does not sell personal information and does not use it to train AI models. Free users get help articles; Pro adds a 24/7 AI assistant plus email and chat support.

Pricing

FlowSavvy has a free plan, a Basic plan with no published price, and Pro at 14.00 USD per month, billed monthly. A 7-day trial is offered. The separate starting-price note gives paid access from $10/user/mo (annual), but Pro's monthly price is 14.00 USD; readers should distinguish that annual starting rate from the stated month-to-month Pro price.

Free and Basic

The free plan is a low-commitment way to try the scheduling approach, but its caps make it a better fit for light personal planning than a growing task system. Basic allows one scheduling-hours profile, three repeating auto-scheduled tasks, five task lists and a two-week auto-scheduling range. Its limits are meaningful for people who rely on recurring work or need separate schedules; it is also the only plan here without a published price.

Pro

Pro expands the scheduling range to eight weeks and includes unlimited scheduling-hours profiles, repeating auto-scheduled tasks and task lists, along with priorities, dependencies, and API/MCP/Zapier. At 14.00 USD per month billed monthly, it is the clearer fit for users whose workload outgrows Basic's caps or who need custom automation. The free option and Basic give up those expanded limits and Pro-only capabilities.

Platforms

FlowSavvy is available on Android, iOS and the web. Its web app can be installed as a standalone desktop app in supported browsers. An internet connection is required, with no offline mode, so it is a poor fit for work that must continue without connectivity.

Who it's for

FlowSavvy is aimed at busy individuals who want tasks to find time in a changing schedule and do not need team or enterprise features. It suits people who value recurring-task automation, calendar sync and control over when work is scheduled. It is less suited to users who need offline planning or month- and year-level calendar views.

Pros and cons

Pros

Tasks can be rescheduled as plans shift, while users can lock selected placements in place.
Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and iCloud Calendar sync cover several common calendar setups.
Pro removes Basic's task-list, recurring-task and scheduling-profile caps and adds API/MCP/Zapier.
FlowSavvy says it does not alter calendar events and limits scheduling to enabled tasks.

Cons

No offline mode means a connection is necessary to use the planner.
No month or year views restrict calendar-level planning.
Basic's three repeating tasks, five lists and two-week range may be restrictive for regular use.
The public API and expanded controls are reserved for Pro, whose stated monthly price is 14.00 USD per month billed monthly.

Alternatives

Choose Routine if its free plan's three integrations, three custom databases and 250 AI credits better match the workflow you need; it also spans Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web and Windows. Choose Tiimo if selected planning tools on iOS and Android are enough and you do not need its web app on the free plan.

Ellie Planner is worth considering for unlimited tasks and a Brain Dump on its free plan, with Pro at 9.99 USD per month; its listed platforms are iOS, macOS, web and Windows. TimeFinder offers core features free across web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, with a Premium Lifetime option whose price is not published.

Amie is an iOS-only alternative with free, Pro and Business plans. Sorted³ is an iOS and macOS option whose iOS Free plan is free forever and whose iOS PRO plan is 14.99 USD per month, billed as a one-time in-app purchase. Week Plan has a free Lite tier with basic planner features and High Impact Tasks, while Ultimate costs 8.67 USD per month billed annually. Taskito is available on Android, iOS and web; its free plan includes timeline planning and sync across up to two active devices, with caps on projects, repeating tasks and reminders.

Verdict

FlowSavvy is a strong fit for an individual who wants tasks scheduled around calendar changes, with enough controls to protect chosen time and tune the working day. Its main reason to choose is that combination of automatic rescheduling and manual control; look elsewhere if you need offline access, month or year views, or broader team features.
