Overview

Perdoo brings strategic planning and goal tracking into the same system. Teams can connect company, team, and individual goals, then track progress through connected-app data and automatically generated status reports. That scope is useful for organizations that need a shared view of execution; it may be more than a small team needs if its main requirement is simply to keep personal tasks or a few goals organized.

The product supports OKRs and KPIs, goal alignment, one-on-ones, and review cycles. Its AI Assistant can draft Strategic Pillars, OKRs, KPIs, and Initiatives, but those drafts are a starting point rather than a substitute for deciding what the organization should measure. Perdoo is available in Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish.

Key features

Progress and integrations

Perdoo connects with thousands of apps, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Salesforce, Power BI, and HRIS tools. Pulling progress from those systems and generating status reports can reduce manual status gathering for teams already working in connected tools. Integration tiers vary by plan: Premium includes Premium Integrations, while Supreme includes Supreme Integrations.

AI, API, and visibility

The AI Assistant drafts strategic pillars, goals, measures, and initiatives for company, team, or individual use. Perdoo can also connect to Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor, Gemini, and other MCP-ready clients. Its GraphQL API can create or update OKRs, Initiatives, and KPIs, and retrieve goal data for reports and dashboards, giving teams a route to work with goal data programmatically.

Private OKRs and KPIs are available only in Supreme. That is a consequential boundary for organizations that need confidential goals: Premium may offer more integrations and controls than the free plan, but it does not remove this visibility limitation.

Security and support

Perdoo states that it is SOC 2 certified and GDPR compliant. Customer data is stored in AWS data centers in Frankfurt, Germany; traffic uses HTTPS encryption with 256-bit encryption, and databases are encrypted at rest. Paid subscriptions include online OKR 101 training and in-app chat support. Customers buying 50 or more user licenses receive three free hours of expert coaching.

Pricing

Perdoo has a free plan and a free trial. The published plan prices are in USD, while the general paid-from price is quoted in euros; compare the displayed terms carefully before choosing a budget.

Plan	Price	What it includes	Best fit
Free	0.00 USD per free	Up to 5 users, Strategy Maps, OKR and KPI tracking, Meetings, Slack and Teams integration, AI Assistant and Coach.	Small teams that want to try a connected strategy and goal system without a subscription.
Premium	9.00 USD per month, billed per user/month	Dashboards, SSO and SCIM, Premium Integrations, API and MCP server.	Teams that need these reporting, identity, integration, or connection capabilities beyond the free plan.
Supreme	11.00 USD per month, billed per user/month	Board Views, Custom Dashboards, Supreme Integrations, View-only licenses.	Organizations that need the highest integration tier, board views, view-only licenses, or private OKRs and KPIs.

The general paid-from price is €8/user/mo (annual), while the plan prices above are stated as per-user monthly charges. The free plan's five-user cap makes it a practical starting point, but not a free option for larger teams. Premium adds dashboards, SSO and SCIM, and API and MCP access; it is the step up for teams that need those capabilities without Supreme's features. Supreme costs more and is the only tier that permits private OKRs and KPIs, so teams requiring goal confidentiality should account for that before settling on Premium.

Platforms

Perdoo is available on web, iOS, Android, and through an API. Its mobile apps make the system accessible on iOS and Android, while the API supports programmatic access to goal data.

Who it's for

Perdoo is best suited to organizations that want to link strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and performance routines, especially when progress can be drawn from tools such as Slack, Teams, Jira, Salesforce, or Power BI. The free tier is a sensible fit for a group of no more than five evaluating that approach. Teams that need private goals should budget for Supreme; teams wanting only basic goal or task tracking may find the broader strategy system unnecessary.

Pros and cons

Pro: Progress from connected apps and automatic status reports can cut down on manual updates.
Pro: OKRs, KPIs, alignment, meetings, one-on-ones, and review cycles support a wider execution routine than goal tracking alone.
Pro: AI drafting, MCP connections, and a GraphQL API provide several ways to create or work with goal data.
Con: The free plan stops at five users, which limits its usefulness for larger teams without a paid plan.
Con: Private OKRs and KPIs require Supreme, making confidentiality a reason to pay for the highest tier.
Con: Integration tiers differ by plan, so teams should not assume every connection is included at the free or Premium level.

Alternatives

Weekdone is worth considering for a smaller group: its free plan supports up to three users and includes full features, live chat, and OKR coaching or support.

Week Plan offers a free Lite tier with basic planner features and High Impact Tasks, making it a simpler alternative for readers focused on planning tasks rather than connecting strategy and OKRs.

Goaltree may suit an individual goal tracker: its free plan includes three active goals, AI goal breakdown, a Today view with five tasks per day, and basic analytics.

Tability is a paid alternative with a $7 per user/month Basic plan billed monthly; choose it if that entry plan's OKRs, check-ins, strategy map, initiatives, dependencies, and Slack, Teams, Jira, and Linear connections are the better fit.

Beeminder offers a free Core plan with a limited number of goals and unlimited data, while Infinibee costs $8.00 USD per month for unlimited goals; it is an option for readers weighing those goal limits against Perdoo's strategy-execution setup.

Mooncamp is a paid alternative whose Essential plan costs €84.00 per user per year (equivalent to €7.00 per user/month, billed annually) and requires at least five users.

SmartProgress has a free account with two goals in progress and team goals for up to five people, an alternative for readers whose needs fit those limits.

GoalsOnTrack is another alternative for readers comparing goal-tracking software.

Verdict

Perdoo is a strong choice for organizations that want strategy, OKRs, KPIs, progress reporting, and performance routines in one system, with connected-app data reducing manual status work. The free plan gives up to five users a meaningful way to start, but teams should look elsewhere if they need private goals without paying for Supreme or only want a lightweight goal list.
