Overview

EliseAI LeasingAI is a lead-management and leasing workflow product for rental housing operators. It best suits teams handling prospects across several communities that want conversations, screening, and tour booking coordinated across channels. Its appeal is the breadth of that workflow; buyers should weigh it against custom pricing and a sales-led buying process.

EliseAI keeps a prospect’s web chat, email, text, and voice exchanges in one conversation, including across communities. Recommendations can account for renter preferences and unit availability, while operators can set discovery questions, screening criteria, selling points, and whether the workflow should favor tours or applications. The company identifies itself as Elise A.I. Technologies Corp., founded in 2017 and headquartered in New York City.

Key features

Prospect conversations and workflows

LeasingAI can answer questions, match prospects with properties, schedule tours, screen leads, and follow up across voice, SMS, email, and web chat, with service described as available 24/7. A unified conversation should help staff retain context when a prospect switches channels or communities. Configurable priorities let operators align the workflow with their leasing process, though they also make the quality of the experience depend on the questions and criteria the operator chooses.

Applicant workflows, online applications, tour scheduling, and e-signatures are supported. The product is therefore relevant beyond initial inquiry handling, but the stated capabilities alone do not establish how those steps fit a particular operator’s existing application process.

AI-guided tours and integrations

AI-Guided Tours let prospects visit on their own schedule with an assistant that can answer questions and present property and unit details. Tours can use temporary one-time codes through smart locks or lockboxes, and may require ID verification beforehand. That can suit operators seeking self-scheduled access, but the verification requirement and access setup should be checked against each property’s policies.

Tour workflows sync with CRM and property-management data; an Engrain integration adds interactive maps with live availability and unit details. EliseAI also says it integrates with Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, AppFolio, and other CRM, listing, touring, and access partners. It describes implementation help from solutions engineers, in-house support, and learning and development teams, a useful consideration for operators coordinating system connections. VoiceAI separately handles leasing and resident calls, including maintenance and renewal conversations, and can escalate unresolved requests to staff. Its language descriptions differ by page: one says 33 languages and an FAQ says over 50 for spoken interactions.

Pricing

LeasingAI has paid, custom pricing. This approach may fit operators whose needs vary by portfolio, but it gives buyers no public price to compare before a sales conversation. Confirm the quote, contract terms, and which workflow and tour options it covers.

Platforms

LeasingAI is listed for Android, iOS, and web, with mobile access on both major phone platforms. That supports teams and prospects using mobile devices as well as browser-based access, though the platform listing does not specify feature parity.

Who it's for

EliseAI describes its housing products as serving multifamily, student, affordable, and single-family rental operators, including property managers, owners, and fee managers. LeasingAI is the strongest fit for organizations that need to manage prospect conversations across communities and want configurable screening and tour workflows. A smaller operator seeking a simple, self-serve tool with an upfront price may prefer to compare alternatives first.

Pros and cons

Pros: One prospect conversation across voice, text, email, and web chat helps preserve context across channels and communities.
Pros: Operators can tailor screening questions and choose whether to prioritize tours or applications, rather than relying on a single fixed flow.
Pros: Self-scheduled AI-guided tours, one-time access codes, and Engrain maps connect lead handling with property visits.
Cons: Custom pricing and a demo-led process make early cost comparisons difficult.
Cons: Some tours may require ID verification, and access depends on property-specific smart lock or lockbox arrangements.
Cons: The language counts for VoiceAI are not consistent across its product page and FAQ, so buyers should confirm supported languages for their needs.

Alternatives

LOFT is worth considering for renters and residents seeking a free option; its free plan requires the property manager’s community to be registered with LOFT. Entrata is another paid property-management platform with custom pricing and a demo-based sales process. RealPage Leasing is a paid alternative available on Android, iOS, and web. Knock CRM is a paid option available on iOS, web, and API. DashQ Leasing Center uses custom pricing, with screening charges tied to community and application consumption. MagicDoor offers a paid Advanced AI Assistant plan starting at 1.50 USD per month on a one-year contract, with pricing starting at 25 units. Rently Smart Leasing offers Basic Leasing at 28.00 USD per month per listing credit. VTS Activate Multifamily is another paid option for Android, iOS, and web.

Verdict

EliseAI LeasingAI is a strong candidate for rental operators that need one system to coordinate prospect conversations, screening, and tours across communities. Its configurable workflows and connections to property systems are the main reasons to choose it; custom pricing and the need to confirm tour access and verification arrangements are the main reasons to look elsewhere or request a detailed proposal first.
