Overview

Dahree is an appointment and business-management platform for beauty service providers, from independent artists to teams. It is a strong fit for providers who want online booking, client records, payments, and business tools together, with access on the web and iOS. Its free tier covers booking and email reminders, while client texts and several business upgrades require a subscription.

Key features

Dahree combines a booking website and scheduling with calendar and client management, payment processing, notifications, analytics, reporting, and team management. Basic includes services and availability, round-the-clock scheduling, email confirmations and reminders, and basic booking and earnings analytics. That is a practical foundation for a solo provider who can manage without text reminders, deposits through Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App, or a premium website.

Stripe supports payment processing. Standard adds client text notifications and deposits through Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. An optional Gmail integration uses read-only OAuth 2.0 access to detect and process payment-related emails, with explicit consent; that limited scope may appeal to providers who want this function without broader Gmail access.

The iOS app lets independent professionals manage appointments, clients, availability, earnings analytics, and calendars synchronized with the web platform. Dahree says it encrypts sensitive data in transit and at rest, conducts security assessments, audits, and penetration testing, and does not sell, trade, or rent personal information. Support covers accounts, appointments, clients, calendars, billing, payments, and the iOS app, with typical responses within one business day.

Pricing

Basic is free and includes a booking website, 24/7 scheduling, services and availability, email confirmations and reminders, and basic booking and earnings analytics. It is the sensible starting point for providers who do not need client text notifications or the paid deposit options.

Standard costs 24.99 USD per month, billed monthly. It adds client text notifications, deposits via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App, a premium website and branded link, iOS app beta access, reviews, products, and website analytics. Choose it when those communication and deposit tools justify an ongoing fee.

Pro costs 34.99 USD per month, billed monthly. It adds a custom domain, waitlist management, advanced analytics, an advanced reminder sequence, more text messages, and 24/7 priority support. It suits providers who need the stronger website and reminder tools or value priority support; the upgrade over Standard is less compelling if those features are not part of daily operations.

Teams has custom pricing and includes custom account setup, team and workflow planning, tailored onboarding, and priority founder support. Dahree also offers a 7-day trial. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, fees are generally non-refundable, and failed payments may lead to service suspension.

Platforms

Dahree is available on iOS and the web. Its synchronized mobile and web calendars support providers who manage availability and appointments across both.

Who it's for

Dahree is aimed at beauty artists and service providers, with support for customers, employees, and administrators as well. Solo professionals can start with free booking and email reminders; providers needing texts, deposits, or more advanced website and analytics tools can consider the paid tiers. Teams may suit businesses looking for tailored setup and workflow planning. After account deletion, Dahree generally deletes or de-identifies account data within 30 days, subject to legal, security, transaction, and backup exceptions.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free plan combines a booking website, scheduling, email reminders, and basic analytics, giving providers a useful core workflow without a subscription.
Pros: Standard brings text notifications and deposits through three named payment apps, while Pro adds a custom domain, waitlist, and advanced reminder sequence.
Pros: Web and iOS access with synchronized calendars supports managing appointments and availability across devices.
Cons: Client text notifications and the listed Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App deposit options start with Standard, so the free tier may be too limited for providers who rely on them.
Cons: The 7-day trial is brief, and subscriptions are generally non-refundable; providers should be ready to decide before recurring monthly billing.

Verdict

Choose Dahree if you are a beauty provider who wants booking, client management, and payment tools in one service, and especially if the free booking and email-reminder tier covers your needs. Its main reason to look elsewhere is the monthly cost of texts, deposits, and advanced tools; compare alternatives if those paid features or platform coverage better match your workflow.
