Overview

WREX pairs a property marketplace with software for agents and brokerages managing leads, listings, and sales. It is a strong fit for teams that want marketplace exposure alongside day-to-day workflow tools; buyers and sellers can use its free plan for property listings.

Its broad workflow coverage is appealing, but paid contracts run for 12 months and the service cautions customers against handling similarly sensitive personal information. Those terms make it less suitable for anyone who needs a short commitment or expects to store sensitive client data.

Key features

Agent workflows

Lead generation, referral management, lead routing, a real estate CRM, and transaction management support agents from prospecting through closing. Back-office automation and performance reporting add administrative and oversight tools. This range may help brokerages bring several parts of their operation into one platform, although the Individual plan is limited to a single user.

Marketplace and matching

Agents can list residential, commercial, and development properties. WREX says its AI and machine-learning system matches agents with buyers and sellers worldwide. That combination gives agents a marketplace presence and a route to potential leads, but the listing limit shown for the service is one, so broader listing needs may require a higher plan.

Sales, payments, and integrations

Sales tracking connects through APIs to property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Realtor, Zillow, and Trulia. Completed-sale payments are handled through an invoice system using Xero and Stripe. WREX says requested integrations can be connected when an API allows it, and gives Salesforce, HubSpot, Reapit, QuickBooks, and AWS as further examples. That flexibility is useful for offices with existing systems, but API availability is a condition rather than a guarantee.

Security and data handling

WREX says every plan includes data and document encryption, with enterprise-grade cloud security on Enterprise. Its privacy policy says WREX Tech Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office for data protection purposes. However, its SaaS agreement says the system is not for other similarly sensitive personal information and places the risks of using such information on customers. Agents handling sensitive client records should take that restriction seriously.

Pricing

WREX uses a freemium model, with a free plan, paid plans from $19.99/mo, and a 14-day trial. Prices are given in USD.

Free — 0.00 USD per free: Buyers and sellers can use the plan, which includes free property listings. It is the low-commitment way to use the marketplace, but does not provide the agent and office license tiers described for paid plans.
Individual — 19.99 USD per month: Includes 1–4 agent/broker licenses and is described as single user. It suits an individual agent starting with paid workflow tools; the single-user designation makes it a poor match for a collaborative office.
Business — 149.00 USD per month: Includes 5–10 team licenses, per office plus user. This is the stated team tier for a small office, at a substantial step up from Individual.
Enterprise — custom pricing: Includes unlimited users and offices, making it the plan for organizations beyond the Business seat range. Enterprise-grade cloud security is also included.

Paid contracts last 12 months and renew for another 12 months unless either party sends written cancellation within 30 days of renewal. That renewal window and annual commitment matter even when the monthly price is the displayed billing unit. The pricing page advertises 24/7 technical support.

Platforms

WREX is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Its pricing FAQ says it works across work computers, home laptops, iPads, and mobile devices, giving agents access across common office and mobile settings.

Who it's for

WREX makes the most sense for agents and brokerages that want marketplace listings, lead and referral tools, transaction workflows, and sales tracking within one service. Its free listing option also gives buyers and sellers a way into the marketplace without a paid plan. Individual agents can start at 19.99 USD per month, while offices needing 5–10 team licenses have a defined Business tier.

Look elsewhere if your office needs a short-term paid commitment, more than one user on the entry paid tier, or a system intended for similarly sensitive personal information.

Pros and cons

Pro: Marketplace listings and a wide set of agent workflows sit in one product, from lead generation through transaction management.
Pro: API links for sales tracking and possible requested integrations can connect WREX with named property portals and business services.
Pro: A free plan gives buyers and sellers access to free property listings.
Con: The Individual plan is designated for a single user, limiting its fit for teams despite its 1–4 license description.
Con: Paid plans carry a 12-month term and automatic 12-month renewal unless cancelled in writing within the 30-day renewal window.
Con: The SaaS agreement warns against using the system for other similarly sensitive personal information, which constrains its use for some client records.

Verdict

Choose WREX if you are an agent or brokerage seeking a global listing marketplace alongside lead, transaction, and sales tools. Its strongest case is the breadth of marketplace and agent workflows in one service, with free listings for buyers and sellers. Look elsewhere if the 12-month renewal terms, single-user entry tier, or restrictions on similarly sensitive personal information do not fit your operation.
