Overview

Jurny brings property content, rates, availability, and reservations into one channel-management workflow. It names Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, and Google Vacation Rentals among its supported channels, and also offers a direct booking site. That combination can reduce repetitive updates for multi-channel operators, though the free plan's Airbnb-only inclusion limits its usefulness for businesses distributing widely.

Jurny says its tools scale to hundreds or thousands of listings and include bulk editing. That makes the product more compelling for growing portfolios than for a host with one listing and few changes to manage.

Key features

Synchronization and listing controls

Pricing, rules, and availability updates are pushed in real time, with bidirectional calendar sync intended to prevent double bookings. Reservation synchronization is also supported. Operators can revise listing descriptions, photos, and amenities centrally, then tailor pricing rules by channel. Together, these controls suit teams that need consistent property information without giving up channel-specific pricing.

Bulk operations and assistance

Bulk tools make portfolio-wide changes practical, while NIA can flag sync issues, monitor performance, and recommend fixes. These features address recurring operational work, but they do not remove the need to follow up on problems: Jurny's setup guide advises contacting support if a red sync status remains after up to 24 hours.

Integrations, security, and support

Jurny lists more than 100 partners and integrations, including PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Turno, Stripe, and Zapier. Its privacy policy says data is encrypted in transit and at rest and that it follows industry practices including PCI DSS for payment data. Product questions go to support@jurny.com.

Pricing

Jurny uses a freemium model, with paid plans from $19/mo. The Free plan includes Airbnb, making it a reasonable entry point for a host who needs that channel alone. More OTA channel management requires a paid subscription, so operators depending on several booking sites should plan for the paid tier.

Plan	Price	What it includes
jOS AI	19.00 USD per month billed monthly; 13.30 USD per unit/month billed annually	Required base plan; $400 monthly minimum; Airbnb and Vrbo integration
Smart Device Hub add-on	4.00 USD per unit/month billed monthly; 2.80 USD per unit/month billed annually	Smart lock and Minut integrations, automated check-in/out
AI Guest Screening add-on	8.00 USD per unit/month billed monthly; 5.60 USD per unit/month billed annually	Autohost or Chekin, in-app guest verification, fraud prevention
Pricing Intelligence add-on	12.00 USD per unit/month billed monthly; 8.40 USD per unit/month billed annually	Wheelhouse dynamic pricing, rbnb.ai Listing Optimizer, competitive analysis
AI Guest Experience Pro add-on	14.00 USD per unit/month billed monthly; 9.80 USD per unit/month billed annually	CRM, digital guidebooks, custom booking engine, branded guest web app
AI-powered PMS add-on	29.00 USD per unit/month billed monthly; 20.30 USD per unit/month billed annually	Jurny PMS, 95+ OTAs, Zapier, Turno or Breezeway, dynamic pricing integration

The add-ons extend the required jOS AI plan rather than replacing it, and the $400 monthly minimum is the key cost threshold for smaller operators to weigh. Annual unit rates are lower than monthly rates, but commit buyers to annual billing. The Smart Device Hub is aimed at check-in and connected-device workflows; the screening, pricing, guest-experience, and PMS add-ons each serve a more specific operational need, so they are not automatic upgrades for every channel-management customer.

Platforms

Jurny's Host App is available on iOS and Android, and the product also supports web use. This gives operators mobile access alongside browser-based management.

Who it's for

Jurny is a fit for short-term rental operators and boutique hospitality businesses coordinating multiple listings, especially those that benefit from bulk edits, channel-level pricing rules, or a broad integration network. A single-property host using only Airbnb may find the free option sufficient. Operators seeking multiple VRBO accounts under one distribution account should look elsewhere or plan separate distribution accounts: Jurny's setup limit allows only one VRBO account per distribution account.

Pros and cons

Pro: Central edits and bulk tools can reduce duplicated work across large portfolios.
Pro: Real-time updates and bidirectional calendar sync address the risk of conflicting rates, availability, or bookings.
Pro: A free Airbnb option offers a no-cost way to start with one major channel.
Con: Broader OTA management requires paid access, and the required base plan carries a $400 monthly minimum.
Con: Only one VRBO account can be connected per distribution account, complicating setups that need multiple such accounts.
Con: The add-on structure can raise costs for operators who need several capabilities beyond the base plan.

Alternatives

Compare the Vacation Rental Channel Manager Software category if you want to survey more options. Consider Uplisting if its commission-based Pay As You Go plan suits a small portfolio better than Jurny's paid base minimum. Bookerville is another paid option, with plans priced by property count. Hostify may suit operators looking for paid, all-features tiers priced by rental-count bands. AvaiBook offers Standard and Elite tiers with unit and website-listing limits. Avantio is worth comparing for portfolios of at least 20 properties, the threshold attached to its standard monthly price. DiBooq offers a Basic plan with a channel manager for one property. VacayOps is oriented toward service companies handling cleaning, maintenance, and field operations. Your.Rentals may appeal to hosts who prefer a self-managed model with no monthly subscription or per-property fee.

Verdict

Choose Jurny Channel Manager if you run a multi-listing short-term rental operation and value centralized content, rate, calendar, and reservation control at portfolio scale. Its strongest reason to buy is the combination of bulk editing and synchronization across channels; its clearest reason to look elsewhere is the $400 monthly minimum for the required paid base plan, especially if you need broad OTA coverage on a small portfolio.
