Overview

Billo combines creator sourcing and ad-production tools for brands that want to make and refine creator advertising. It suits teams that can budget per video and connect an ad account for the full CreativeOps toolkit. The trade-off is a typical 7-to-12-business-day production window and upfront payment.

Brands can explore creators for free before commissioning video or photo content. Billo also offers optional organic posting, paid ad partnerships, and expert editing, so it can support more than one way of using creator work. Its focus is still advertising: performance-oriented creative tools are central to the offer.

Key features

Creator sourcing and production

Billo’s marketplace connects brands with vetted human creators. Review and approval tools and usage-rights management help brands handle content through delivery, while two rounds of edit requests per video provide a defined opportunity to refine the result. That limit is worth considering for campaigns likely to need substantial revisions.

Turnaround typically takes 7 to 12 business days after the creator receives the product. That makes Billo a better fit for planned campaigns than urgent creative needs. Brands pay upfront per video; the charge includes the creator payout, Billo software, and transaction fees. Partnership ads are available through Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads.

CreativeOps and analytics

CreativeOps generates data-backed scripts, recommends creators, analyzes ad performance, and makes variations from existing footage. These tools connect production decisions with performance review, a useful combination for brands iterating on ads rather than commissioning isolated assets. Connecting an ad account is required to unlock every CreativeOps feature.

Connecting a Meta account provides creator ad metrics including ROAS, Hook Rate, and CTR. Billo describes this access as read-only. The free plan includes a small monthly allowance of scripts and mashup credits, but teams with greater creative volume will need a paid tier or other production resources.

Pricing

Billo is freemium, with free sign-up and free creator exploration. The listed Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and includes 8 AI scripts per month and 3 AI mashup credits per month. No trial duration is stated, so the free access is best treated as a way to explore the service and try its limited creative allowance, not as a full production plan.

Video ads is 99.00 USD per month, billed from $99 per video. The base product has no mandatory subscription; brands pay per video, with prepaid packs and balance also available. This is the most direct fit for brands that want creator content without taking on a CreativeOps subscription, but every video requires an upfront charge.

CreativeOps Launch is 500.00 USD per month, billed at $300/month for the first 3 months, then $500/month. It includes 40 AI scripts and 15 AI mashup credits per month, making it a more suitable option for teams using the tools regularly than the free plan’s smaller allowance. Full CreativeOps access requires an ad-account connection.

Managed Service is 2000.00 USD per month, starting at $2,000/month and tailored to task volume and needs. It includes a dedicated team, creator sourcing, brief writing and management, post-production, and a dedicated Slack channel. That scope is aimed at brands wanting production support, not only software access; the monthly starting cost is a significant commitment compared with pay-per-video ordering.

Platforms

Billo is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Content formats include video and photos. Its partnership-ad integrations cover Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads.

Who it's for

Billo describes its brand offering for e-commerce, digital products, apps, services, tools, and B2B businesses. It is most compelling for brands that need creator-sourced ad content and want to connect production with performance analysis. The upfront per-video model can suit occasional commissions, while frequent users may value CreativeOps or the managed service. Brands that need immediate delivery, more than two edit rounds, or full CreativeOps without connecting an ad account should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Ad creation and analysis sit together: CreativeOps can generate scripts, suggest creators, analyze results, and produce footage variations.
Clear per-video production terms: upfront charges include creator payout, software, and transaction fees, and each video carries two edit rounds.
Campaign timing needs planning: typical delivery takes 7 to 12 business days after product receipt by the creator.
Full CreativeOps requires account access: brands must connect an ad account to unlock all features.
Higher-volume support costs more: CreativeOps Launch is $500/month after its initial three-month rate, while Managed Service starts at $2,000/month.

Verdict

Billo is a strong fit for brands that want vetted creator content and a path from scripting and sourcing to ad-performance analysis. Its pay-per-video base product avoids a required subscription, while CreativeOps and managed support provide options for more involved workflows. Choose another service if upfront video charges, the production window, limited edit rounds, or the ad-account requirement do not suit your process.
