Overview

KudosCRM is a customer relationship management platform for organizing sales work and customer communications. It is best suited to teams that want to start small and increase capacity as their contact base and workflows grow. Its appeal is a free entry tier and a progression to advanced workflow and enterprise controls; the trade-off is that several tiers have firm user, contact, pipeline, or automation limits.

Key features

A visual sales pipeline helps teams organize opportunities, while email sync and marketing automation bring communication and follow-up into the CRM. AI features are part of the product, with Kudos AI allocation specifically included in Professional. The Free plan also includes tasks, activities, and one email inbox, enough to coordinate basic sales work but restrictive for teams with multiple pipelines or more than 1,000 contacts.

Basic expands the operating scope with meetings, forms, invoicing, and 10 automations. That makes it more useful for teams connecting routine sales tasks, but its three-pipeline and 25,000-contact caps still call for planning. Professional removes the user and pipeline limits, raises the contact allowance to 250,000 and automations to 50, and adds webhooks, API access, and lead scoring. Those additions make it the more suitable tier for teams coordinating integrated workflows or qualifying leads at scale. Enterprise is aimed at larger organizations: its 50+ seat minimum comes with SSO, SAML, SCIM, unlimited audit log and export, a dedicated customer success manager, and a 99.9% uptime SLA.

Pricing

KudosCRM offers a free plan and a 14-day trial. The paid prices below are monthly rates billed annually; the Free plan is billed monthly and is free forever.

Plan	Price and term	Included capacity and features
Free	0.00 USD per free, billed monthly	Up to 3 users, 1,000 contacts, 1 pipeline, tasks, activities, and 1 email inbox
Basic	9.00 USD per month, billed annually	Up to 25 users, 25,000 contacts, 3 pipelines, 10 automations, meetings, forms, and invoicing
Professional	24.00 USD per month, billed annually	Unlimited users and pipelines, 250,000 contacts, 50 automations, Kudos AI allocation, webhooks, API, and lead scoring
Enterprise	49.00 USD per month, billed annually	50+ seats, SSO, SAML, SCIM, unlimited audit log and export, dedicated customer success manager, and 99.9% uptime SLA

Free is a practical no-cost option for up to three users, but one pipeline and 1,000 contacts make it a starting point rather than a roomy long-term tier. Basic at 9.00 USD per month, billed annually, suits teams that need more users and basic business processes; it still caps users at 25 and automations at 10. Professional at 24.00 USD per month, billed annually, is the clearest step up for teams needing unlimited users and pipelines, more contacts, and integrations or lead scoring. Enterprise at 49.00 USD per month, billed annually, has a 50+ seat threshold, so it is not the natural fit for smaller teams even if they want its administrative controls.

Platforms

KudosCRM runs on web, iOS, and Android, giving teams browser access alongside mobile apps.

Who it's for

Choose KudosCRM if you need a sales CRM with pipeline management, email sync, marketing automation, and a defined route from a small free setup to larger-team controls. It is less compelling for a team that already needs more than one pipeline or 1,000 contacts but wants to remain on a free plan, or for a smaller organization that would not meet Enterprise's 50+ seat minimum.

Pros and cons

Pros: A free forever plan supports up to three users and includes tasks, activities, and an email inbox, making it possible to begin without a subscription.
Pros: Professional removes user and pipeline caps and adds webhooks, API access, and lead scoring, which suits teams with more involved sales workflows.
Pros: Enterprise combines identity management, audit and export capacity, customer success support, and a 99.9% uptime SLA for organizations with at least 50 seats.
Cons: Free is capped at one pipeline and 1,000 contacts, so even modest growth may require a paid plan.
Cons: Basic still limits teams to 25 users, three pipelines, and 10 automations; teams that outgrow those ceilings need to consider the higher-priced Professional tier.
Cons: Enterprise's 50+ seat minimum rules it out for smaller teams seeking its SSO, SAML, or SCIM controls.

Alternatives

For a wider category comparison, browse CRM Software. Industry-specific lists include Mortgage CRM Software and Professional Services CRM Software; for narrower adjacent needs, see Email Tracking Software or Photography Studio Management Software.

Mortgage-focused alternatives include MloFlo, with an SMS-only option and a paid SMS/MMS plan; Viato, which has a free plan and paid support tier; and Total Expert, whose complimentary plan includes CRM access and an open house lead capture app. Aidium may suit buyers willing to get pricing through an order. Mortgage Magic offers a paid Prometheus plan at 85.00 GBP per month with AI sourcing, full CRM, and compliance. BNTouch Mortgage CRM has a 95.00 USD per month plan with a 12-month prepay offer that earns a 13th month free. Jungo is another paid option, with a Lite plan billed annually and a one-year minimum contract. Shape offers paid, per-user Core and Enterprise plans with add-ons available.

Verdict

KudosCRM is a sound fit for small teams that want a free start and a clear upgrade path to more pipelines, automation, and lead-scoring tools. Its strongest reason to choose it is the breadth of features across those tiers; its main reason to look elsewhere is the steep difference between Free's narrow limits and the capacity needed by growing teams, particularly when annual billing or Enterprise's 50+ seat threshold does not fit.
