Overview

The Core CRM combines events, leads, customers, invoices, venues, menus and team management. Booking timelines, venue and team assignments, conflict detection and PDF exports give event teams ways to coordinate bookings; lead tracking follows enquiries, follow-ups, conversions and lead sources. Invoices support payment tracking, deposits and overdue reminders. Together, these workflows make the core useful for customer and booking administration without an upfront subscription.

BanquetsCRM is modular, not an all-in-one free operations suite. POS, inventory, HR, hotel, restaurant and communications features may require separate paid modules or credits. That lets businesses add capabilities selectively, but teams that need several operational functions should weigh the combined costs rather than treating the free CRM as the whole product.

Key features

Events, venues and menus

Multiple-hall and time-slot management complements booking timelines and conflict detection, making the system relevant to venues balancing concurrent events. Menu tools handle pricing, dietary options and availability, which helps keep menu planning alongside event records. PDF exports provide a way to take event information outside the platform.

Leads, invoices and operations

Lead-source tracking and follow-up support enquiry management through conversion. Invoice payment tracking, deposits and overdue reminders are useful for businesses managing event payments over time. Proposal building, order workflows and event execution tools round out the stated event workflow capabilities. Staff scheduling is supported, though HR and payroll are a separate paid module.

POS is a separate module with shifts and receipt printing; the POS module is described as connecting to a kitchen, and POS sales can deduct inventory stock automatically. Inventory adds stock tracking, suppliers and low-stock alerts. Hotel management covers room booking, check-in and check-out, housekeeping and guest folios. Restaurant management bundles POS, inventory and restaurant features. These options extend the CRM, but the extra charges make the platform less compelling for operators looking for a single low-cost package.

Communications, security and support

Email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns use pay-as-you-go credits. Automated event reminders and WhatsApp notifications are described as paid communications features, so businesses with frequent outreach should account for variable credit costs. The maker says data is encrypted in transit and role-based permissions restrict sensitive customer or payment information. It also advertises daily backups and a 99.9% uptime SLA.

Support channels include chat, email and calls, and the core product is described as having 24/7 priority support. Invoices support local tax configurations, including GST in India and FBR in Pakistan. The platform runs in a browser optimized for mobile use as well as on Android and iOS.

Pricing

The freemium model starts with Core CRM at 0.00 USD per free, billed Free, Forever, with no credit card required. It includes events, leads, customers, invoices, venues, menus and team management. That is a substantial starting point for small event businesses, but the free tier is limited to the core CRM; add-ons or credits may be needed for POS, inventory, HR, hotel, restaurant and communications.

Support Tickets: 9.99 USD per month, billed From $9.99/mo, for an internal helpdesk and staff tickets.
POS Terminal: 10.00 USD per month, billed From $10/mo, for point of sale, shifts and receipt printing.
Website Module: 10.00 USD per month, billed From $10/mo, for a public venue website, inquiry forms and online booking.
Inventory Management: 10.00 USD per month, billed From $10/mo, for stock tracking, suppliers and low-stock alerts.
Hotel Management: 15.00 USD per month, billed From $15/mo, for room booking, check-in/out, housekeeping and guest folios.
Restaurant Management: 35.00 USD per month, billed From $35/mo, including POS ($10), Inventory ($10) and Restaurant ($15).
HR & Payroll: 35.00 USD per month, billed From $35/mo, for staff scheduling, attendance and payroll.
Communications: custom pricing; pay-as-you-go email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns use credits.

A 14-day trial is offered. No seat or quota caps are stated for the core plan, so businesses should compare their needed modules and communications usage against the monthly starting prices before committing to an expanded setup.

Platforms

BanquetsCRM runs on the web, Android and iOS. Its browser experience is optimized for mobile use, giving teams mobile access without limiting the platform to native mobile apps.

Who it's for

Banquet halls, caterers, decorators, hotels, wedding planners and corporate-event operators are the intended audience. It is a strong fit for small teams that need booking, customer and invoice records together and can begin with the free core. Businesses needing integrated operational tools can add modules, but those needing several modules or substantial campaign volume should consider the resulting recurring and credit-based costs. It is less suited to buyers who want a single all-inclusive price from the outset.

Pros and cons

Pro: The free core covers events, leads, customers, invoices, venues, menus and team management, so a business can organize core CRM work without a subscription.
Pro: Event timelines, conflict detection, venue assignments and menu availability address coordination needs across bookings and halls.
Pro: POS, inventory, hotel, restaurant and HR modules offer ways to extend the system as operational needs grow.
Con: Operational tools are paid add-ons or credit-based, so the free plan may not cover the workflows a venue needs day to day.
Con: Communications is pay-as-you-go, making campaign costs dependent on credit use rather than a fixed module price.
Con: The stated local tax configurations focus on GST in India and FBR in Pakistan, which may not match the needs of businesses elsewhere.

Verdict

BanquetsCRM is a sound choice for event businesses that want a free CRM foundation covering bookings, leads, invoices, venues and menus. Its modular approach lets teams add POS, inventory or other operations tools only when needed. Look elsewhere if you need a predictable all-in-one price or want core operational features without separate module and credit costs.
