Overview

Allclean connects customer booking with the work that follows: customers can book around the clock using dynamic pricing and real-time availability, while teams coordinate jobs, availability, and time off in one calendar. The platform also handles receipts, invoices, and payouts, with dashboards for revenue, job volume, and recurring-client rates. That makes it a stronger fit for businesses seeking a connected booking-to-payment workflow than for those that only need a calendar.

Kelly AI adds a phone channel for residential cleaning companies. It answers calls 24/7, quotes from configured pricing, checks availability, and books into the Allclean calendar; it can also collect a card deposit or full payment upfront. That can capture callers without staff answering every call, but minute allowances and overage charges make usage a real part of the cost.

Key features

Instant booking: Dynamic pricing, live availability, and payment at booking let customers complete the process without waiting for a staff response. This suits businesses with pricing and availability they can keep current.
Scheduling and customer management: The calendar brings jobs, team availability, and time off together. Recurring scheduling and a client portal are also supported, making it more useful for ongoing customer relationships than a booking form alone.
Payments and reporting: Allclean can collect payment at booking or completion and automate receipts, invoices, and payouts. Revenue, job volume, and recurring-client rates help owners monitor business activity, though the processing rate varies by plan.
Kelly AI: The receptionist answers calls, quotes using configured prices, checks availability, and books into the calendar. Taking deposits or full payment by card can reduce follow-up work; the included minutes and overage rate determine whether that convenience is economical.
Referral Engine: One-click referral links, automated SMS or email reminders, and reward tracking offer a way to organize referrals. It is available to beta users.
Cleaner app and privacy: A cleaner mobile app is supported. Allclean’s privacy policy says it may collect names, contact details, payment-card numbers, and age; transactional texts can include order and appointment updates, and mobile information from its SMS program is not shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

Pricing

Allclean has a free plan and a free trial. The plans separate core operations from Kelly’s phone service, so compare both seat needs and expected call volume before choosing.

Free — 0.00 USD per month: Includes all features for up to 3 users, with 6.9% + 30¢ processing fees. Additional users cost $40/mo each, and Kelly AI is an add-on. It is a practical way for a small team to start, but the higher processing rate and three-user cap can become costly as the business grows.
Kelly Starter — 99.00 USD per month: Includes the Allclean Free plan, Instant Booking Engine, and 50 Kelly minutes, with 6.9% + 30¢ processing fees. Overage is $1.99/minute. This fits a business testing phone reception at modest call volume; it does not remove the Free plan’s user and processing constraints.
Pro — 299.00 USD per month: Includes all features for up to 8 users, charges 4.9% + 30¢ processing fees, and offers Kelly AI as an add-on. Extra users are $40/mo each. It is the core paid choice for a growing team that wants the lower processing rate, but Kelly is not included.
Kelly Growth — 499.00 USD per month: Includes the Allclean Free plan, Instant Booking Engine, and 500 Kelly minutes, with 4.9% + 30¢ processing fees. Overage is $0.99/minute. The larger allowance and lower overage suit businesses expecting frequent calls, though the included Allclean plan retains Free’s seat limits.
Entreprise — custom pricing: Includes multiple-location management, all features, custom processing fees, premium support, and custom workflows. It is aimed at multi-location operators needing tailored operations.
Enterprise — custom pricing: Combines Allclean Pro and Kelly Growth with multi-location management, all features, custom processing fees, premium support, and custom workflows. It is the more complete custom option for multi-location businesses needing both the Pro platform and Kelly.

Processing fees apply alongside the monthly price, and the Kelly plans charge per minute beyond their allowances. Support questions can be sent by email; premium support is included in the Enterprise plans.

Platforms

Allclean supports iOS and the web. A cleaner mobile app is available, while the service also supports online payments and a client portal.

Who it's for

Allclean is a fit for cleaning companies that want booking, team scheduling, payments, and customer management in one system. The free plan can serve a small team willing to work within three users and a higher processing rate. Pro is more appropriate when a business needs up to eight users and a lower rate. Kelly is specifically aimed at residential cleaners; Starter suits lighter call traffic, while Growth makes more sense when the higher included minute allowance offsets its greater monthly cost. Businesses that only need a basic calendar, or cannot justify processing fees and phone-minute costs, should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pro: Booking, scheduling, payments, and reporting share one platform, linking customer reservations to operational work.
Pro: Kelly can quote, book, and take card payments over the phone, extending booking beyond the website for residential cleaners.
Pro: The free plan includes all features, giving small teams a way to begin without a monthly subscription.
Con: Free and Kelly Starter carry 6.9% + 30¢ processing fees, while Free is capped at three users and extra seats cost $40/mo each.
Con: Kelly minutes are limited on both plans, and overages can add meaningful cost for call-heavy businesses.
Con: The Referral Engine is available to beta users, so it is not a dependable core feature for every business yet.

Verdict

Choose Allclean if your cleaning business wants one system for online booking, team operations, and payments, or if a residential cleaning company can make productive use of Kelly’s phone booking. Its main advantage is connecting those workflows, while its main drawback is the combined cost pressure of processing fees, seat limits, and Kelly overages. Businesses with light call volume can begin with Kelly Starter; teams needing more core capacity should weigh Pro against the additional cost of Kelly.
