Overview

AgreeDo connects agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-through in one workflow. Participants can add ideas, comments, and results before a meeting, then turn the agenda into minutes with one click. Tasks assigned in those minutes can carry into a follow-up agenda, keeping ongoing work tied to the meeting that produced it.

This makes AgreeDo a stronger fit for teams that need decisions and actions to remain visible than for people who only want a place to store notes. Agenda templates, recurring meetings, and decision tracking support repeatable processes. The Basic plan's four-meeting monthly limit and three-participant cap may rule it out for teams with frequent meetings or larger attendance.

Key features

Agendas, minutes, and task follow-up

Collaborative agendas let participants contribute before a meeting, while task assignment and scheduling give responsibilities a place in the minutes. Filters help users review task progress. AgreeDo can also prepare a follow-up agenda from minutes and carry ongoing tasks forward automatically. That linked workflow is the product's clearest advantage for groups that need to turn discussion into accountable work.

Joining, calendars, and meeting controls

Meeting minutes can link directly to Microsoft Teams, Webex, and GoToMeeting sessions. ICS integration works with calendar apps such as Outlook and Google Calendar, and an Outlook plugin can add and access minutes from appointments. These connections bring meeting records closer to scheduling and attendance workflows, though the published feature set does not establish broader integrations beyond those named.

In moderated meetings, only the creator can edit while other participants can view and comment; closed meetings become read-only. Public meetings can be password protected, and participant permissions control access. AgreeDo says it is accessed only over HTTPS and does not use AI or recordings to take notes. Those are useful distinctions for teams seeking human-authored minutes and controlled collaboration, not a substitute for an independent security assessment.

Pricing

AgreeDo is freemium, with a 30-day trial. AgreeDo Basic is the free option, capped at four meetings per month, three participants per meeting, and one attachment per meeting. That can suit occasional small-group meetings, but the attendance and volume limits make it restrictive for regular team use.

AgreeDo Premium costs 7.90 USD per month, billed monthly. Annual billing is offered at a 10% discount compared with monthly billing. It removes the meeting, participant, and attachment limits and adds advanced search, custom print layouts, moderated meetings, Excel/CSV export, and the ability to move or copy items between meetings. It is the practical choice for groups whose meeting cadence or attendance exceeds Basic's caps, and the export and organization tools add value for teams that manage records across meetings.

Teams/Enterprise has custom pricing and includes unlimited meetings, participants, and attachments. Its stated inclusions may fit larger organizations that need those uncapped allowances; no additional plan features are established.

Platforms

AgreeDo is available on Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows, giving users several ways to access the meeting workflow across desktop and mobile platforms.

Who it's for

AgreeDo is aimed at teams, small businesses, NGOs, and clubs that want collaborative notes with structured follow-up. It is especially well suited to groups that assign work in meetings and revisit it later. Individuals or teams that meet rarely and keep attendance small may be served by Basic; frequent or larger meetings make Premium more appropriate. Groups looking for AI-generated notes should look elsewhere, since AgreeDo says it does not use AI or recordings for note-taking.

Pros and cons

Pro: Agendas can become minutes, and open tasks can carry into follow-up agendas, connecting preparation, decisions, and action rather than leaving minutes as a static record.
Pro: Calendar support, meeting-service links, and Outlook access to minutes connect the workflow to named scheduling and conferencing tools.
Pro: Moderation, read-only closed meetings, and participant permissions offer specific controls over editing and access.
Con: Basic allows only four meetings monthly, three participants per meeting, and one attachment per meeting, a tight fit for teams with routine or larger meetings.
Con: Premium's advanced search, custom print layout, export, and item-moving tools sit behind a paid plan, so teams needing those capabilities must budget beyond the free tier.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison, browse Meeting Management Software or Meeting Notes Software. Consider Fellow if its Free plan's five lifetime AI notes per user and wider listed platform range suit your needs. Decisions offers a free plan with 100 AI credits per month per user, making it an option for readers who want an AI-credit model. The separate Decisions listing describes a paid product with low-code design studio and standard agentic AI and agent-builder capabilities; its plan prices are custom pricing.

IntegrityLog is another paid option. MeetingKing is worth comparing for a freemium meeting workflow; its Pro Single plan costs 9.95 USD per month for one user, unlimited meetings, 1 GB storage, and an unlimited archive period. For readers evaluating board-focused software, Diligent Audit, BoardPAC, and BoardPro are alternatives to consider.

Verdict

AgreeDo is a solid choice for small organizations that want participant input, minutes, assigned tasks, and follow-up agendas connected in one process. The main reason to choose it is that meeting actions can stay attached to the record and move into the next agenda; the main reason to look elsewhere is Basic's narrow caps, which make Premium the likely fit for teams meeting regularly or with more than three participants.
