Overview

Agicap is a cloud-based platform for managing cash across banking and accounting workflows. It is aimed at finance teams, treasurers and decision-makers who need to coordinate cash activity across banks or entities. Its scope goes beyond forecasting, but the minimum 12-month subscription and custom pricing make it a commitment best weighed against the needs of a whole finance operation.

Key features

Agicap projects cash positions up to 13 weeks ahead from actual data and supports scenario planning. That pairing helps teams examine near-term liquidity under different assumptions; the horizon is oriented toward short-term cash management rather than long-range forecasting.

Cash flows can be centralized across banks, finance software and entities. Users can act on cash-balancing suggestions by initiating transfers, while direct bank feeds bring bank data into the workflow. This is useful for organizations coordinating liquidity across multiple accounts or entities, though the value depends on needing more than a simple balance view.

The platform centralizes transactions and supports worldwide payments in any currency. Accounts receivable tools support collections, and accounts payable tools automate purchasing processes and help control expenses. Together, those functions make Agicap a broader operational cash-management choice, not just a forecasting product.

For reconciliation, Agicap can automatically match banking transactions with open invoices and trigger automatic journal posting. Integrations include Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, with custom API and SFTP options. That combination can connect cash workflows to established accounting and ERP systems, while API and SFTP options provide additional routes for data exchange.

The phone app provides balance and transaction views, push notifications, dashboards, and approval and reimbursement features. Agicap says it is ISO 27001:2022 certified, complies with GDPR, and encrypts data in transit and at rest. Data is hosted in Google Cloud Platform data centers in Belgium.

Pricing

Agicap uses custom pricing, with no free plan. The Agicap subscription is an annual offer with a minimum 12-month term; customers can cancel before renewal. That structure may suit organizations budgeting for an ongoing finance platform, but it is less flexible for teams seeking a month-to-month commitment or a published price to compare before engaging.

A 24-hour free trial is offered, and no download is required because the service is cloud-based. Customers can review the solution with an expert; a custom demo request receives contact from a dedicated expert within the hour. The short trial offers a limited window to assess fit, so teams considering the annual term should use the expert review to evaluate their workflows.

Platforms

Agicap is available on web, iOS and Android, with API support. The mobile app brings balances, transactions, notifications, dashboards, approvals and reimbursements to phones; the web platform and integrations support broader finance workflows.

Who it's for

Agicap is best suited to finance teams, treasurers and decision-makers managing daily cash across multiple banks, finance systems or entities. Teams that need forecasting together with payments, collections, payables and reconciliation can make use of its breadth. It is less compelling for someone who only needs a free, lightweight way to track cash or who cannot commit to an annual subscription.

Pros and cons

Broad cash workflow coverage: Forecasting, transfers, payments, collections, payables and reconciliation sit within one platform, useful for teams coordinating daily cash operations.
Short-term planning tools: Actual-data forecasts reach 13 weeks and scenario planning supports comparing cash assumptions, though the stated horizon is limited to near-term needs.
Multiple integration routes: Named accounting and ERP connections, plus custom API and SFTP options, can help fit the platform into existing systems.
Annual commitment and custom pricing: The 12-month minimum and request-based pricing make cost and flexibility harder to assess upfront.
Brief trial: A 24-hour trial gives little time for an extended evaluation before choosing a long-term subscription.

Verdict
