Overview

AdvisorEngine CRM is a cloud-based CRM for wealth management firms, including financial advisors and RIAs. It is strongest for practices that want client activity, workflow tracking, and financial-services integrations in one system. Its substantial feature set comes with a three-user minimum and annual billing, so it is a better fit for a firm buying as a team than for an individual advisor.

Key features

Client activity and workflow tracking help firms follow work across relationships rather than relying on contact records alone. Contact management, practice management, growth tools, and dashboards extend that operational focus. Compliance workflows, opportunity management, an audit trail, a client portal, and email and calendar sync are also included, making the package broad for an advisory practice.

Records can store files and documents without limits on file types, folders, or storage space. That removes storage quotas as a constraint for firms that keep varied client materials in the CRM. Mobile access covers alerts, records, and actions on Android and iOS, while cloud access also works on the web.

Integrations include Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Orion, Office 365, DocuSign, and Constant Contact. These connections are relevant to firms coordinating financial, office, and client-communication workflows. AdvisorEngine says the CRM averages 24 releases a year. It describes SSL encryption for session traffic and hosting facilities audited and certified at the SSAE 16 Type II SOC 1 level.

Pricing

AdvisorEngine CRM: 69.00 USD per year (billed per user, per month; billed annually). The plan includes access to all features, priority support, and unlimited document storage. The stated rate is $69/user/mo (annual); because the minimum is three users, a solo advisor cannot subscribe alone, and the annual commitment makes this less flexible than month-to-month pricing. The minimum is a reasonable fit for a small firm purchasing for multiple staff, but is a meaningful entry barrier for a new or very small practice.

Prospective customers can request a recorded or personalized demo through AdvisorEngine’s sales team. Migration and onboarding assistance, ongoing training, dedicated client support, and relationship management add value for firms moving established processes into the platform, though they do not offset the team-size and annual-billing requirements for buyers seeking a low-commitment CRM.

Platforms

AdvisorEngine CRM runs on Android, iOS, and the web. Its cloud deployment and mobile access to alerts, records, and actions suit advisors who need to keep up with client work away from a desk. Firms requiring a self-hosted deployment should look elsewhere.

Who it's for

This is a strong match for growing or established wealth management firms and RIAs that want structured client workflows, broad document storage, and connections to financial-services tools. The combination of all-feature access and priority support on one plan keeps the decision straightforward for firms meeting the minimum. It is not a natural fit for a solo advisor, a firm unwilling to pay annually, or a buyer looking for a free tier.
