Overview

ACCELQ is a codeless test automation and management platform for teams covering web, mobile, API, desktop, or backend systems. It suits organizations that want automated and manual testing workflows under one roof; its breadth is a clear strength, though the product's plan pricing is custom.

Web automation pairs a no-code logic editor with business-process scenario building, self-healing, in-sprint automation, and cross-browser coverage. That combination should appeal to teams bringing test creation into active development cycles, while codeless authoring may be less compelling to groups seeking a code-first workflow. ACCELQ also supports visual testing and multiple browser engines.

Mobile automation spans native, hybrid, and web apps on iOS and Android, with execution on real devices or simulators. API and backend coverage includes REST, SOAP, GraphQL, database testing, ETL automation, and SSH, middleware, and system testing. This range is useful for teams with varied test targets, but buyers should confirm that the capabilities they need fit their chosen plan.

ACCELQ Manual adds scenario design, data-driven testing, automated test case generation, traceability, and dynamic test suites. The ability to combine manual and automated test management is a practical advantage for teams coordinating both approaches.

Key features

No-code web authoring: A logic editor and business-process scenario builder provide a visual route to web automation; self-healing and in-sprint automation further target ongoing test maintenance and delivery.
Mobile execution: Native, hybrid, and web testing on iOS and Android can run on real devices or simulators, giving teams options for device coverage.
API and backend breadth: Support for REST, SOAP, GraphQL, databases, ETL, SSH, middleware, and system testing makes ACCELQ relevant beyond browser UI checks.
Manual test management: Scenario design, data-driven tests, generated cases, traceability, and dynamic suites help connect manual planning with automation.
Integrations and CI/CD: Requirements or defect tracking integrations include Jira, Azure/TFS, Rally Cloud, Spira, and ClickUp. CI execution integrations include Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo, Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and CircleCI, useful for teams embedding tests in established delivery pipelines.
Cloud Lab: Web and mobile execution uses local agents and secure connections to intranet applications, with parallel runs and cross-browser testing. Self-hosted runners and on-premise execution options also suit organizations with deployment constraints.
Enterprise controls: Enterprise features include single sign-on, one-year test-result retention, sandbox-on-demand, and advanced API access. These are meaningful governance and access options, but are tied to custom-priced enterprise purchasing.

Pricing

ACCELQ uses a freemium model, with a free plan and a 14-day trial; paid pricing is on request. The trial requires no credit card and includes product orientation, a sample project, academy video training, technical support, and access to web and mobile cloud device farms. The advertised 24/7 technical support and device-farm access make the trial more substantial than a simple feature preview.

Free plan: A starting point for evaluating ACCELQ without an upfront purchase.
Professional: Custom pricing. It covers web, mobile, and API automation, with features varying by product. This is the relevant paid tier for teams needing these automation areas, but the variable packaging makes a quote necessary to establish scope and cost.
Enterprise: Custom pricing, with enterprise features, SSO, extended storage, and advanced API access; the plan invites buyers to schedule a call. It is the stronger fit for organizations needing these controls, while smaller teams may not need its added governance features.

The pricing page also lists cloud or on-premise execution for web automation and on-premise hosting among plan features. Named customer success representatives and premium support are plan features as well. Because the plans do not publish prices, seat allowances, or free-plan caps, buyers should clarify those terms alongside which product capabilities are included.

Platforms

ACCELQ supports Android, iOS, web, API, Linux, macOS, and Windows environments, as well as self-hosted deployment. Its mobile coverage includes real devices and simulators, and Cloud Lab can connect securely to intranet applications through local agents. This mix accommodates both cloud-oriented teams and organizations that need on-premise execution or hosting.

Who it's for

ACCELQ is best suited to teams that need to coordinate web, mobile, API, backend, and manual testing, especially those already using the listed issue-tracking and CI/CD tools. The breadth may reduce the need to stitch together separate testing workflows. Teams focused on a single narrow testing task, or buyers who require transparent per-seat pricing before evaluating a platform, should compare alternatives and obtain a detailed ACCELQ quote first.

Pros and cons

Pro: Broad testing coverage. Web, mobile, API, database, ETL, and manual testing capabilities suit teams working across multiple layers.
Pro: Flexible execution choices. Real devices or simulators, cloud execution, local agents, and on-premise options offer deployment choices for varied environments.
Pro: Established toolchain connections. Named requirements, defect-tracking, and CI/CD integrations can fit into common development workflows.
