What it is
Zeffy is a free fundraising and donor-management platform for nonprofits, available on Android, iOS and the web. It brings together donation forms and recurring gifts, event ticketing, peer-to-peer campaigns, memberships, auctions, raffles, eCommerce, donor management and in-person payments. Ticketing can handle different ticket types, capacity limits, attendee questions, QR-code check-in, free registration and pay-what-you-can tickets. Its mobile app accepts cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay on iPhone and Android without a physical reader. Nonprofits pay no platform, transaction or credit-card fees; optional donor tips fund the service. Zeffy connects with more than 1,000 tools through native integrations and services including Zapier, viaSocket and QuickBooks, as well as a public API and webhooks. Stripe manages payments, and Zeffy says it does not store or process card information. The platform is limited to eligible nonprofit organizations and registered charities in six countries with an organization bank account; personal fundraising is not supported. It also offers live and recorded demos and a searchable knowledge base.
