ViolationFlow
What it is
ViolationFlow is web software for self-managed HOA, condominium, and townhome associations handling violation and architectural review committee cases. Each case links a lot, owner, deadline, status, and responsible board member, while a dated timeline records attributable events. Boards can send template-based email notices and retain the exact sending time, recipient, and sender. Photo records keep capture and upload timestamps separate. Configurable cure periods and fine ledgers move forward only after board approval. Owners can open a case and respond through a secure link without creating an account. Boards can import lots from CSV with mapping, preview, and undo, then export case chronologies as dated PDFs. The free plan costs nothing and covers 10 lots, five active cases, and one member seat. Paid monthly plans begin at $15 a month for up to 50 lots and five seats. ViolationFlow says it does not sell personal information; its templates are not legal advice.
