Vikunja is an open-source task and project management app that can be self-hosted or used through its cloud service. Tasks can be organized as lists, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, or tables, and can include due dates, reminders, repeating schedules, subtasks, labels, priorities, assignees, attachments, and relations. Projects can be shared with another user or a team, assigned tasks, or shared through a link that does not require an account. The app includes CalDAV integration and migration support for Todoist, Trello, and Microsoft To-Do. It is available on web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. Its maker says the mobile app supports only the very basic features. The self-hosted core is free under the AGPLv3 license; cloud plans start at €4/mo, and a 14-day trial is offered. Vikunja Cloud is hosted at Hetzner locations in Germany and Finland.
