What it is
timeware HRMS Document Management is an integrated module for filing documents against employee records and managing workflows. Uploads receive OCR indexing, including scans and handwriting, so users can search document contents by phrase. Employees can acknowledge documents in the ESS app, while smart PDF forms can insert employee data and file signed answers automatically. HR can send new starters secure form links by email or SMS for online completion and signature. PDFs, Office documents, and images can be up to 10 MB each; media-library videos can reach 450 MB. Permission rules apply to files and search results, with secure, time-limited links. Data is stored in the UK on Microsoft Azure and encrypted at rest and in transit.
